I hired Karl to help plan a deck replacement. He did a great job, had good ideas and was very helpful throughout. Our deck is beautiful and we get lots of compliments, I highly recommend him!

Karl Koning, of KTK Architecture, is a great individual and a consummate professional. I have known and worked with Karl for many years and continue to be amazed at the design concepts and ideas that he is able to create - but also to execute. One of Karl's best attributes is to actually listen to clients and then create workable solutions based on our needs. I was also impressed with his knowledge of all the components that I needed on the building project.

Karl is the Western District Director of the American Institute of Building Design, and Vice President of the Washington State Society. He is a very talented Architect and Residential Designer, and thoroughly knowledgeable in the areas of home design, and large and small commercial projects and 3-D rendering. Karl and I recently teamed up on a Tenant Improvement project and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Karl for your building project.
