The ultimate professional with a wonderful knowledge of the decorative arts, Sergey Konstantinov has repaired multiple porcelain items for me...including a 19th c Sevres Rooster, and a beautiful pair of 18th c Darby vases with porcelain flowers. He completes the work in a timely manor and the quality of the work is impeccable. I highly recommend Art Studio Sergey Konstantinov. He is a wonderful artist as well.

Sergey took a damaged painting of mine and repaired it so spectacularly that you cannot begin to tell ... it was by a well respected American illustrator, so it was important to do the restoration sensitively. He was completely passionate about the project and went above and beyond what was required. In addition, his price was quite affordable and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I am thrilled with his work and SO glad I found Sergey. I highly recommend his work.

I hired Sergey to restore and repair a nearly 100-year-old family portrait by an unknown but very fine artist. He immediately "got" the importance to me of the painting, appreciated the level of the artist's skill, and did a beautiful job. It's a large canvas (70" by about 40"), old and quite badly damaged, with a tear in one place, and paint flaking off, as well as a badly muffed repair job that had earlier damaged the work. He did the work promptly, even faster than I expected, and was responsive to my questions and concerns. He brought it back yesterday, and unless I look at the back of the painting, I cannot see where he made his fixes. The frame, too, was damaged--the original plaster frame, which had crumbled in places--and he restored it to perfect condition, keeping the appropriate look of age. The painting itself glows with a new clarity. I would hire him again, and I recommend him unreservedly.
