About a year ago we decided to undergo a full renovation of our house. We did a lot of research and had our wish list well defined. We interviewed several contractors, some that were referred by friends that have done similar renovations as well as others that we researched, including ATD. From the get go we liked most of the projects that we saw they had done. The first contact with them was the initial meeting with Valerie, she came to our house to listen to what we had in mind and to go through our wish list to provide a quote. She was one of the most efficient persons that came to our house to give us a quote. She listened and captured every single element of our wish list and did a great rendering of our kitchen that they showed us in our initial meeting at their offices. Joe Aragona and Valerie went into a lot of detail explaining us the whole renovation process and walking us through they estimate for the job. From price perspective they were in the upper end of the range and time wise they budgeted about a month more than all the others. Having said that, Joe explained to us that the additional month was a buffer in case there were any eventualities given the magnitude of our project. The higher price and the additional time budgeted were absolutely worth it. All their staff were very professional during the entire renovation process, from our initial meeting with Valerie and Joe, Justin getting engaged in the project, Chris starting as project manager, Jeff and all the electrical team, Jacob, Paul and the painters, Adam and his amazing railings, the tiling expert, and George Kitson coming up at the end to finish the project and make sure everything was done within the time frame, everyone was very professional and courteous. The job site was kept organized and very clean and they managed to finish the project basically on time (6 months and a week). We went above budget in part because of additional items we added to our list but there was also an item where they use a trade and the initial estimate provided to them was much lower than the final price. Having said that, they told us about the issue and gave us options to go with a more economic or the full price version with another trade that was still more economic than the initial trade they had in mind. There were other minor hiccups in the process but mainly ”non-eventful” issues. Despite the higher price the job is amazing! We love our house! Every room in our house ( 4 storey townhome) was renovated and the final product never ceases to amaze us. The place looks gorgeous, cleaner, more spacious and the quality of the job is superior. We really appreciated that they are truly a one-stop shop, if you are like us that do not have the time to go to multiple places to go over selections and want someone that is more hands on to coordinate everything in your project (deliveries, having a full inventory of the selections, checking details around the house, keeping you informed of things happening, etc.) ATD is the place to go. We have a few friends that were or are still undergoing renovations concurrently to us and they tell us horror stories of their experiences with their contractors. Nothing like that for us, other than having to move outside our house, the experience was actually pleasant, all things considered. Given we changed everything in our house, we don’t believe we will be doing anything else soon, but if we were to do another renovation we wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. We hired ATD to do a major reno in our home; opening up the main floor which meant lots of interesting hurdles but we were so impressed with how they handled each one and reassured us that they had solutions -which they did! My husband runs a construction company and he too was very impressed with how they conducted themselves and the excellent workmanship. We highly recommend ATD.

ATD lives up to their name. They helped us renovate our townhouse from top to bottom and attention was paid to every detail with amazing final results. We could not be happier. ATD were there through all aspects of our renovation and listened to our questions and concerns and in every instance, they provided real solutions. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting the staff and various contractor crews that worked on our house. To a person, they showed interest in their job and in our project and their care shows in the final results. Our home has been completely transformed and again, we could not be happier with the final results. We would hire ATD again and we will definitely recommend ATD to family and friends.

After interviewing several contractors to complete our whole home renovation we decided to go with ATD. My initial interview to decide if we would hire ATD was with Brad Greenlee, through my conversation with Brad I knew he was extremely knowledgeable in the area of permits, drawings and code requirements. As our conversation continued Valerie Cochrane and Joe Aragona joined our conversation, the more we spoke the more I knew I had met the right group to do our renovations. Brad, Valerie and Joe were extremely polite, professional and realistic. When the time came to start the project (an original back split home built in 1959) I met more of the ATD crew and we were never disappointed. At the job site I met with Justin Rubatscher and the crew many times to keep us updated on the progress, Justin under promised and over delivered! The team at ATD clearly knows what they are doing and are experts! We are extremely happy we decided to go with ATD, we are still amazed by the timeline, quality and design. Valerie was our designer and she developed an incredible design for us, what we originally had in mind was not what we went for because of Valerie’s expertise. Valerie made everything realistic giving us the most beautiful kitchen, bathroom and extreme details throughout the house. We are very thankful for having her as our designer, she is extremely polite, friendly, professional and responsive. Brad completed all our drawings and permits in an extremely timely fashion. In the drawings he captured every little detail to ensure that we did not waste any time going back and forth with the City of Mississauga, any minor issues we had he dealt with them immediately and kept us up to date. His easy going approach and professionalism makes him very pleasant to deal with. Joe and Justin kept everything on track, we gave them a timeline and they met our requests. Having dealt with contractors in the past this was very rare, not a day went by where I was not updated on the status of the project, they made us feel like we were their only clients. This was greatly appreciate because we did not have to reach out to them, instead they reached out to us. When I did have questions for them they were very responsive. Overall, hiring ATD was the best decision we made because they kept their promise and did not disappoint. They truly pay Attention To Detail! Months after moving in we are still amazed by the work they did and the details in our home! To all the other ATD crew that worked tirelessly we would like to thank you for your hard work and keeping up with the timeline of the project. You guys are amazing!

I would never use any other contractor after our fantastic experience with ATD and the team of solid hard workers on site and in the office. We had a complete Reno and build out which from start to finish never ran into any issues. For me quality of work, communication, budget, meeting a deadline were key. Dealing with Joe in the office and Justin and the team of incredibly proud, experienced, and hardworking team on site was nothing but flawless. The staff and crew on site have been with ATD for years and loyal, take initiative and pride in their work. We changed and added specs to the work load which they accommodated many times without an hassle. We hired ATD to take on an extensive renovation of our bungalow, adding an extension and a second floor while redesigning the entire space. We were no strangers to new builds and renovations as in the past, we had purchased a new condo, a new townhouse and then renovated our current house years ago before deciding to do an overhaul. ATD far exceeded any of our past experiences with previous builders and companies. Everyone at ATD was simply amazing to work with and I was consistently blown away by everyone's level of care and customer service. Joe and Justin are both professional, knowledgeable, confident and did a commendable job managing our project. Kayla, our designer, had excellent product knowledge, with great ideas, was organized and efficient and most importantly, was able to pinpoint our style to figure out what we wanted (even when we sometimes didn't know ourselves!). Nick was the site supervisor and would regularly go above and beyond to make sure we were happy - he often stepped in to do things that were outside of his scope of duty without being asked or without a complaint, just to help move the project along and keep us satisfied. The crew was skilled while being respectful and kind - my 6 year old son proclaimed that when he grows up, he wants to work for ATD, which speaks volumes about how we were treated! The quality of work was excellent - my husband is extremely picky and often the things he noticed were already being fixed before he could say something. Every job comes with hiccups and set-backs, and ours was no different, but we were taken care of every step of the way, and any problem that came up was met with a solution and a plan. We did exceed our initial budget, but a lot of that was because we chose finishes that went outside the allotted budget. The whole project mostly on time; it took approximately 9 months from start-to-finish, which is amazing when you consider the scope of work that was done. We love our new home; it is exactly what we wanted and couldn't be happier! If we were to do this again (which I don't think will be on the horizon anytime soon!), we would hire ATD again.

We hired ATD in June to re-landscape our entire backyard including, new deck, patio, privacy fencing, stone work and planting. Work was done on time and on budget. Quality was outstanding - ATD staff were professional, polite, very accommodating and the clean up after every work day was spotless. I would absolutely recommend ATD to anyone that is looking for superior workmanship and results!

ATD did a fantastic job! We had them gut our entire main floor, including removing a wall and put in an entirely new kitchen with a completely different configuration than we had before. They also did our master bathroom, removed the popcorn ceilings throughout and installed new floors everywhere. It was a major project, and we had a tight timeline as we were willing to move out, but only for about eight weeks. Even when we moved home, they were respectful with trying to keep our living space as normal as possible. They were even considerate of my dog! We are so pleased with the way it turned out. I highly recommend this company, and we plan to hire them again in the future when we do the other washroom and basement.

The ATD team did a fabulous job finishing our basement, moving our laundry room and adding built-ins to our family room. We love the new space and get nothing but compliments from everyone who sees it. Their name says it all - truly attentive to details from framing to finishing. The team knows their stuff and really wants to do a great job. We would absolutely recommend ATD.

There are good contractors, better contractors and excellent contractors. ATD belongs to the "excellent" category and was commissioned to revamp our 1958-built bungalow kitchen/dining/living area with a complete overhaul including wall removal, new flooring, cabinetry, peninsula, wiring & plumbing. From inception to completion, the job was handled professionally with good communication and a skilled crew. The final result is magazine worthy!

Our only intent was to get an idea of what we could do with our kitchen, there was no pressure to proceed, however, within 5 minutes we were blown away. ATD took our wishes and expanded, however, without any major increase to budget. During the process, ATD exceeded my expectation on a regular basis and the end result is spectacular.
