Blank Page Design Build just finished remodeling our kitchen and we are overall happy about the end product. The owner, Josh, provided us with excellent design that makes the most efficient use of the space in our kitchen. Communication with Nick and Josh is easy for the most part and they were very good at accommodating our busy schedule as working parents with a toddler. They were also able to meet with our aggressive timeline to finish both kitchen and family room remodel (including fireplace) in just over a month. However, there are a few areas that could be improved during the process. First, Blank Page could have better informed us that the contract price was the minimum cost and there might be significant additional cost for items not included in the initial contract. For example, a range of typical prices would have been helpful for our budgeting. Second, there was a lack of communication at the end where we had to keep a running list of items that need to be done to make sure they were actually done. It required a lot of effort on our end while working full time and we would have preferred to rely on Blank Page more to get everything done in time.

Blank Page Design Build (BPDB) is a team of passionate and highly skilled professionals led by Josh Bollan. When I first spoke to Josh, I knew he was the right person to turn my outdated ugly powder room into the drop dead space I wanted! Josh complemented my visions with his "impeccable designer eye" and ideas. We made perfect decisions that led to the creation of my truly gorgeous powder room! BPDB's customer service team was always available and unforeseeable issues were resolved seamlessly. The entire team worked tirelessly to make my dream a reality! We were so happy with our powder room remodel that we rehired Blank Page Design Build (BPDB) to update our drab kitchen. Our kitchen now looks brand new! It has a stunning backsplash, under cabinet lighting and a stereo sound system that is awesome and unique to our needs. We have gotten many compliments on each project and have highly recommended BPDB to friends and neighbors.

The project management team always kept me updated on when to arrive at what site after cleaning had been done and even briefed me on design details I would've missed. Blank Page recently renovated our kitchen. It is amazing. Their ability to utilize every inch of space was unbelievable. Everything is perfect. Would not change a thing. They made it so easy for us. They are reliable, and they definitely are perfectionists. All of their subcontractors are top notch. Most importantly was their outstanding customer service. They always returned our phone calls promptly. I never had a problem contacting them. Very accessible. We would absolutely recommend them, and we would use them again for any other renovations. Very hands on. We are a happy customer!

I knew during my first consultation with Josh Bollan that Blank Page Design Build was the team I wanted to remodel my sad 1992 upstairs hall bathroom. Josh is a design visionary with the excitement, knowledge, skill, dedication and belief in the BPDB team to make that vision a reality, and also ensure the project is code current. Four days later he returned with a fabulous proposal and the contract was signed. Within 13 days of the initial meeting we were at MSI to select the tile and counter top. A couple of days later I expanded the contract to include remodeling the main floor power room. The beautiful white marble countertops are the same in both baths.The cabinetry for both baths is exceptional - hall bath has a stunning expresso vanity with two large drawers and the powder room has beautiful white raised panel doors. All plumbing fixtures are the same style. The laser fit mirrors and embedded light fixtures are beautiful and enhance the each space. Both spaces now have dedicated lines for the GFI outlets. The Blank Page Design Build team completely gutted the upstairs bath and transformed it from sad to AMAZING! The powder room became an ELEGANT space. Communications were excellent during the project. Both Josh and Nick of BPDB kept me up to date on everything, and also researched and quickly responded to all my questions. The electrician couldn't help but notice the significant difference in temperature between the first and second floors of my home. He checked in the attic and found that the gable fan had stopped working and could not be repaired. He called Josh who called to tell me of the problem and the cost to fix it (also including a light which is now code). I authorized the work and payment over the phone and via a follow up email. The installation was completed that day. Blank Page Design Build is the best of the best. Chase the project manager, the tile specialist, the master electrician, the master plumber, the master carpenter, and all who worked in my home were just the very best. I am so very happy with the work they have done for me. It was my lucky day to have found them, and I so look forward to working with Josh and Blank Page Design Build when I redo my kitchen.
