Bryan Humphrey Design Build

The decision to work with Bryan Humphrey and his team was an easy one and i didn't regret it for a minute. Bryan has the design skills to look at an existing space and re-imagine how it could be much better and more beautiful. The plus side to that skill is he was also the GC for my project so we were able to solve problems and create opportunities as we went through the building process. The finished project was fabulous and my family and I have enjoyed our beach house even more since Bryan completed the renovation, on time and budget!

I hired Bryan to design and construct a major renovation and to change the style of a 40yr old second row beach house. We added a master suite and porch on a new second floor, added a bathroom, great room, new kitchen and porches on the main floor, and we re-configured the under house to reveal new living areas and walkways. A new roof, change of exterior and expanded driveway/carports finished it all off. It was a fantastic success, and I was very pleased with all aspects of the project. Bryan is an architect, a craftsman, and a contractor who happens to have a keen eye for interior design. His clients benefit in huge ways from his ability to see a project from all of these perspectives. Our beach home wound up feeling original and inspired in ways we couldn't have imagined at the start. I am grateful for his influence and creative approach. I highly recommend his work!

My husband and I are currently working with Bryan on the design of our new home. Bryan is not only a talented architect and skillful contractor, but he is also easy and fun to work with it. He is a true craftsman with an impeccable eye for detail. Bryan has been sensitive to our needs while bringing fresh ideas to our project. He has exceptional problem-solving skills and has been able to provide creative solutions to tricky situations. Most importantly, he has conceptualized a design that is not only beautiful but also reflects our lifestyle.

What sets Bryan apart from other contractors are his design aesthetic and his ability to communicate his vision. He and his team remodeled our "honeymoon cottage" guest house, and it was like having an architect, builder and illustrator rolled into one. When I had a question about how an archway was going to look, Bryan just took out his sketch pad and drew it out for me. His attention to the artistic details as well as the overall scope of the project is amazing. The only surprises you get with Bryan and his team are good ones! My husband and I were so pleased with his work that we are getting ready to start another remodeling project with him.
