When I first met with Peggy, she took a lot of time listening to me and helping me to choose the right cabinet and counter top. She provided my husband and I an initial design. We had several questions and within a few minutes she created another design that was exactly what we were looking for. She took the time to listen to our questions and concerns and was very understanding and patient with us. I came to Cabinets By Design LLC through my contractor for our kitchen remodel. He offered 3 providers, and I contacted 2. Of both companies, I can say they seemed to be nearly equal in services and costs however what sold me on CBD was Peggy's first visit to my home. The other company had a nice salesperson too, but I felt very comfortable with Peggy’s personality and sincerity. I use to do a lot of interior design work, and have worked with a lot of contractors and representatives. I’ve gained a sense of a vendor’s ability and competence through the 18 years I designed. My sense about Peggy’s trustworthiness proved correct. I’m happy to recommend CBD and Peggy. The final product is exactly as expected. Little normal glitches were attended to immediately and Peggy was very communicative throughout the project. All in all, our cabinet, hardware and countertop selection was a very positive experience. PS. If you like dogs, you’ll love little CoCo, her pup. She’s as pleasant as Peggy is!

Peggy is so professional and detailed . . . we had a custom job that required very detailed measuring and everything came together just perfectly! The cabinets are beautiful and I can't imagine having anyone else do work for us but Cabinets by Design in the future

Peggy has been nothing short of wonderful to work with on my kitchen remodel. She agreed to work with me even though I wanted to build my own cabinets. Her only stipulation was that we would need to do it as she had time - which I was, and am, perfectly happy to oblige. From my end I tried to give her time to work, and always give her multiple days/a week notice before I wanted to meet about something. Regardless, I always felt like her number-one customer. She is also super reasonable. Peggy’s initial design for my kitchen was like nothing I had seen before, or considered myself. We ended up tweaking the island width by two inches, but other than that what is being implemented is her initial design. She also helped me with choosing cabinet finishes, granite, and the paint color. I am still in progress, so backsplash and cabinet hardware choices are to come. I have no pictures yet but will post when I am done...however I am super pleased with everything Peggy has helped me with, and continues to help me with.

Peggy was so helpful and easy to work with. She made up two designs for my master bathroom and walked me through the steps of remodeling. She guided me on cabinet selection and helped me coordinate them with my tile, countertops and wall color. My contractor found her design plans very helpful too. I would use her again and recommend her to my friends.

Peggy designed our basement for us which included everything from floor plans, kitchen layouts, bathroom layouts, and cabinetry. She was a consummate profession in all way, shapes and forms, not to mention she does an amazing job. One of her best attributes is her ability to listen to exactly what you are looking for and then design something to fit best to those desires and in a timely fashion. I haven't even mentioned the cabinet quality of our products, which exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Peggy to anyone out there looking for an interior designer.

We first met and talked with Peggy, owner of Cabinets by Design, LLC at the Home Show. She had done the cabinets in the entire house. We knew after that first introduction that we wanted to have her bid out our cabinets on a new construction house we were building. Peggy was full of great suggestions and had ways to reduce our cost on items that maybe wouldn't get the most use due to our house design. We found ourselves comparing everything else to her design and expertise. We couldn't be happier with our cabinets and Peggy's design and would easily use her again. Peggy knows her craft and if anything it's worth stopping in to she what she's able to do for you.

Peg listened to what I had in mind for my Kitchen and Master Bath remodel and found the perfect style and color for my cabinetry. Small details she suggested for the interior of the cabinets makes my Kitchen a dream to use! I was having a very hard time deciding on the tile wall behind my new range hood, and she had a great suggestion that I used and I love it. My Master Bath and Laundry remodel is a joy to wake up to each morning. Budget was on spot.

After four years of searching for a kitchen designer, I knew Peggy was who I wanted to work with. This was the right call. We worked hours over many month with change after change until the plan was set. Her ideas were unique, always designing cabinets filling the "new" need I presented resulting in designs that were beyond my dreams. She was clear in explaining the details of products I was choosing, pointing out which would be the kindest to the budget yet not sacrificing quality. Off site meetings to view back splashes/grout, counter tops, sinks/fixtures & flooring were of great benefit in selecting compatible material and at the same time be personal choices. Peggy spent hours looking for cost effective lighting etc. that completed the look we were striving for. There were no surprises. Peggy inspected materials and had them delivered on time. Costs were up front and more reasonable than other companies. Peggy was always on time (never being upset when I was not), did not rush our appointments and gently guided me when I was in doubt. Through this process she was always, always a delight to be with as well as to do business with. A more knowledgeable, talented and genuine designer would be hard to find. Peggy will be designing a bath for me in the near future.

We have worked with Peggy on two kitchen remodel projects and also a dining room cabinet project. I wouldn't work with anyone else. Her product knowledge is amazing but more importantly she knows you have to live in the space so thinks through practical applications and solutions to best fit your needs. She also has great taste in design and her showroom allows you to try out various samples in your home setting. Also at the job site, she will meet with your contractor on several occasions to ensure they are all on the same page. I would highly recommend her for any cabinet project.

Peggy is very easy to work with, she has a creative mindset that is above all others. Peggy got to know our personalities and delivered a product that was absolutely perfect. From the time we started working with Peggy, she had quick turnaround times along with unique ideas you don't find often. Peggy is detail oriented and didn't miss a thing. She takes great notes and delivers on time. We have again hired Peggy for another job already. From the time she measures the area of construction and delivers a first drawing or draft of ideas is beyond impressive.
