David Locicero, architect

David Locicero, architect is a small San Francisco Bay Area based architectural studio. I specialize in small scale projects with a modern bent, including residential additions, remodeling, commercial tenant improvements, “Aging at home”, Code and accessibility consulting. I offer Modular Services for those who are cost conscious, or who are not ready to commit to full architectural services. I work from home without an assistant. I design, manage, draw and draft. I also make the coffee and empty the trash. I only take on as much work as one man can handle. When you hire me you get my undivided attention when I am working on your project.
