Dawn is amazing. AMAZING. I met Dawn through our contractor and am forever grateful for the connection. We had a very challenging 3rd floor bathroom and the end result is more than I could have ever asked for. She has an incredible eye for design in challenging spaces. She was truly a delight to work with from beginning to end. We are looking forward to working with her again and again.

Dawn helped me with a large project, renovating kitchen and bathrooms as well as decorating ideas for the living room. She is easy to work with and had great ideas. Dawn is very knowledgeable about various suppliers and resources. She stepped in to resolve any issues or questions quickly. It was not easy doing a renovation in 2021 with all the supply chain issues but Dawn was amazing at navigating through everything so that I ended up with a beautiful home. I absolutely could not have undertaken this without her help. I plan to call on her again for future needs.

Dawn is an absolute delight. She worked incredibly quickly and is very confident in her excellent, classic designs. She designed some recessed lighting for our living room which is absolutely beautiful and helped us come up with plan for our guest bedroom. She works very quickly and gives you enough options that you feel like you have wonderful choices but not so many that you are overwhelmed. She is quick to respond and is always willing to go the extra mile. The contractors she works with our excellent and were very respectful of keeping things clean and trying to get the work done before me and my children arrived home each day. We have enjoyed working with Dawn so much, that we have decided to also redo our bathroom! I cannot say enough good things about how easy she is to work with and how her design ideas are classic yet modern.

We have worked with Dawn on several projects and give her our highest recommendation. Projects have included a master bath renovation, a partial kitchen renovation and help with paint selection when we bought our house and every room needed to be repainted. She has a great eye for design, is thorough, thoughtful and incredibly responsive. Dawn has introduced us to wonderful contractors and handles any necessary follow up. She is reasonably priced and best of all, is fun to work with.

It was a pleasure working with Dawn. She designed and coordinated a gut remodel of my nearly 80 year old kitchen. I delayed this project for years expecting the process to be an ordeal, but Dawn orchestrated the project perfectly. Her designs reflected a clear understanding of my described tastes. All I have is kudo's for Dawn. She turned a bad situation,into a very good situation for me and my daughter. My PC walked off the job. Dawn handled everything for me, She brought in her painter ,and handyman. Both did excellent job. She also re-arranged my living space,gave us much more room.all of her recommendations from lights,floors,sinks.were awesome. I would highly recommend her service.

I can't think of one thing that has disappointed me when working with Dawn. Her taste is impeccable and I trusted her completely in all aspects of redoing our new condo. From top to bottom she guided me in all aspects of the project. We completely gutted the kitchen and master bath and Dawn was able to create beautiful spaces. . She knew exactly how the colors, textures, and patterns of paint, furniture, fixtures, floor tile, granite, and marble would work together. I needed a lot of help and Dawn was fabulous. She stayed within my budget and her suggestions were always appropriate. I had hundreds of questions and she answered every one. She was patient, reliable, flexible, honest, and trustworthy. She even helped me stand up to some of my contractors when I couldn't and she knows good craftsmanship. I still work with Dawn whenever I want to make a change or addition. I wanted my new home to be beautiful, comfortable, cozy, and classy. I have exactly what I wanted and more. Not only is she a great designer, she is a wonderful woman.

We were prepping our house for market and we needed help pulling together a polished look for a lived-in space. Dawn was really great to work with. She intuitively understood the constraints we were operating under (e.g. time, budget, saleable tastes) and she jumped right in. Her advice for heading to market was invaluable. She worked to incorporate my ideas seamlessly. She really nailed all the paint colors (even on the dreariest paint picking day) and she brought in a great painter. She was able to do most of the interfacing with the painter which helped with our time constraints. She was an integral part of the team and I don't always think that is the case with many designers (sorry!). Would use her again and recommend to all!

We were fortunate to find Dawn Kacey to lead an extensive renovation of our house. She has been working with us for nearly a year and managed the whole project from planning through completion. She helped us choose lighting and plumbing fixtures, kitchen countertop, flooring, cabinetry, closet organizers, paint schemes inside and out, furniture, storm door and shutters and other aspects of the interior and exterior remodeling. She worked with her list of qualified and vetted subcontractors and showrooms and scheduled and managed the project. We were impressed with her creativity, integrity, responsibility, professionalism and time management during the course of this work. I moved into my new home and Dawn helped me set up the house, working with my existing furniture and décor and then helping me purchase new pieces needed. She was excellent and very professional.

I engaged Dawn Kacey Design in February of 2015 to renovate a 1920 farmhouse. I have had the best experience working with Dawn. She took care of everything for me from the smallest detail to large projects. She helped me with a new kitchen install and was very knowledgeable in every aspect including finding the right kitchen company and laying out the granite counter tops and with layout of the kitchen. She also led me to the perfect lighting vendor and assisted with all the new lighting in my house. Her knowledge of making the lighting perfect was unbelievable. She also selected the perfect vendors for all my furnishing in my house. She also helped me with the complete renovation of the two bathrooms including plumbing fixtures and tile. Her ability to select all the paint colors was perfect. I love my new home and could not done it without her. There is nothing she cant do perfectly. I can not thank her enough for her patience and compassion as well.
