This is a 3-story condo that was gutted down to the studs and concrete floors before doing the new space planning. We raised the ceilings on the top floor, moved the stairways to the middle and lower floors, installed all new HVAC systems as well as all new duct work. We even added a fireplace to the master bedroom.
