About Us
Notis Design is a boutique Interior Design firm that specializes in high end commercial properties and private residences in and around New York City as well as the Hamptons, and Connecticut.
We create custom interiors that represent the client’s unique character and lifestyle while also expressing a modern and clean design aesthetic.
Notis Design works closely with each client and makes it a priority to stay within the scope of a client’s comfort, taste and budget.
Notis Design often collaborates with architects, contractors, millworkers, and lighting consultants. Debbie has developed strong relationships with these partners and will work together if dictated by the scope of the project.
Debbie has 20 years experience in the field of interior design and has worked on renowned projects including spas, hotels, retail spaces, urban apartments, country homes and beach residences.
She leads Notis Design with an eye on fresh interpretations of classic pieces, a minimalist view on design and an edited finished look that focuses on modern taste and sensibility.
Prior to starting Notis Design in 2002, Debbie most recently worked as a senior designer at Ridless Design in NYC where she worked on several well known and high profile projects. She was also a designer and ultimately Director of Store Design at Saks Fifth Avenue. She is a graduate of Parsons School of Design, for Interior Design, and NYU Stern School of Business for Marketing.
