Devine Escapes

We utilized Devine Escapes' consulting services. We had lots of questions from drainage issues to quantities needed, and he gave us the guidance we needed to get our (DIY) flagstone patio done. And it's beautiful! We couldn't be happier and we're grateful for the hand-holding we got from Devin.

I had a good call with Devine Escapes, consulting a flagstone patio we were about to do. i felt the remote support via pictures and discussion on the phone helped guide me to a good solution and i felt more confident about proceeding.

Devin is not only a stone contractor, but he is a true artist. He collaborated with us to decide what was best for us, and it was obvious as he and his team labored that he takes great pride in his work. And, in true artist form, we were ecstatic with the final results, and he was still not sure he was completely satisfied. The project itself was on the small side from a contracting standpoint, but we had an approximately 30 square foot walkway from our paved driveway to our front porch steps that was a massive flood issue when it rained. We were concerned the water would get into the basement and we needed to take care of it. We wanted something that was going to match the overall look of our mountain home and existing landscape. Devin created an effective drainage solution, and then was able to use stone to create the walkway itself plus two short rock walls to frame it in. It is perfectly formal enough to be a great part of our curb appeal and also informal enough to fit into our mountain house feel. I recommend him highly.
