We highly recommend Rochelle Lynne Design. We have a 2000sq ft townhouse. We renovated about 97% of the 3 floors. There were no structural changes except taking down a non weight bearing wall in the middle of the entry way. However, this wall was an intrical esthetic to the look of the entry way, adding a lovely stair bannister and spindles. Major changes in carpet in the bsmt and 3rd floor, the carpet had to be lush and bright, which it is just so luxurious and beautiful. Resanding hardwood and blending in new hardwood in the living room. It's so perfectly and beautifully done. New ensuite bathroom vanity with an amazing barn door. Adding vinyl plank flooring in the entry with electrical heating plus vinyl in 3 bathrooms and laundry. With just a beautiful job done on the stairs adding the stair nosing which adds a stunning and beautiful entry to our home. Plus a beautiful kitchen counter and moziac tiling there and the fireplace. Tiling also to the ceiling in the 2 bathrooms on 3rd floor. Adding many beautiful design details throughout. Very professional and absolutely beautiful painting done on about 95% of all walls, doors and trims plus 2 accent walls and kitchen island. All work done so perfectly and on time. They had to work around my work schedule complicated by the fact I work at home. We highly recommend Rochelle Lynne Design.
