Giovani Glass supplied me with antique mirror to install in cabinet doors. The entire process, from ordering samples to delivery of the finished panes, was seamless. All emails were answered promptly. The panes were completed within the projected time frame. The cost was considerably less than the estimate provided by my decorator. Giovani Glass did an excellent job creating and installing a beautiful wall of tiled mirrors in my loft. In just about 3 weeks from when I first contacted them, they completed the project. That quick turnaround time is unheard of in any interior design element installation. So amazing! They are very quick and efficient via email and answered any questions I had. They came to my apartment twice, first to survey. Their specialist was on time and very thorough. He worked with me to figure out the exact # of tiles and what the dimensions of each tile should be to best fit the wall. I didn't love the sample mirror finished he brought, so they sent me other samples 3 days later at no charge. Once ordered, it only took them 2 weeks to produce the tiles and schedule the installation. The same specialist came to install and worked to install it perfectly (for over 5 hours). He did a wonderful job and I could not be happier with the result.

I purchased four shelves and all were all beautifully crafted. The product itself was excellent. The installation service is the reason I do not recommend this company. I ordered four shelves and when they were supposed to be installed, two of them were forgotten so he had to come back on a separate day. They expect a pretty open schedule for the installation person to drop by at leisure, so if you're busy this can be a problem. I had two of the shelves installed in the bedroom and two in my bathroom. The two in the bedroom were crooked and the two in the bathroom tilted forward with barely any weight and everything fall off the shelf. I emailed the company and was told that they would need to use an additional two clamps which I would have to pay full price for. I felt that this should have been taken care of upon the first installation. I will be hiring another company to install the shelves properly.

I had this project out of town that I had no clue who to hire to do some jobs. I had no recommendations so I decided to use Houzz for that and I'm glad that I did. I hired Giovanni Glass and everything was delivered on time and the installation went very well. I'm planing already to have them working in another project.

Was very pleasantly surprised. Measured myself, picked style and ordered on-line/email, and mirror was delivered in a timely fashion. Was an antiqued mirror that replaced a very expensive original piece broken by a moving company. Greatly exceeded my expectations. Would not hesitate to use again.

Giovani Glass manufactured a custom glass backsplash for my new apartment. From the moment of initial contact to the actual installation, communication was excellent. Measurements were taken, templates were created and fitted onsite and then installation took place. I was impressed with how quickly and professionally the entire process was handled. The entire process took less than 2 weeks and the results are perfect. I would highly recommend -- I have had few home projects go this smoothly.

Had a wall mirror installed in my apt. The opportunity to discuss alternative treatments was excellent. The personnel were informed and courteous. Service was excellent. The installed job was perfect. Cleanup was professional. would definitely recommend this company. In fact, I am thinking of having more work performed.

Hired this company and upon installation crew member broke part of glass frame. They have not been able to match color and request more money to finish job properly. Non responsive to emails and poor customer service. Would not recommend
