Dave was the general on our kitchen / house remodel. He did a great job coordinating everything. He was always respectful and responsive and made sure that things got done when promised. He also had great attention to detail. I always felt comforted knowing that Dave was behind everything. I would highly recommend Dave for any home addition / build / remodel.

David Gray was very professional and easy to work with. He exceeded our expectations! He was patient and helped with every detail of our room addition as he transformed a 20x14 foot balcony into a beautiful bedroom with a walk in closet and bathroom. I felt that I was getting the best product for my money as he guided me through multiple bids on every aspect of our project. I felt that our family was respected and our home was treated with respect as well. David even found a creative way to reduce the mess we had to live through by constructing scaffolding and stairs, so most of the project was done from the outside in. He will be the contractor I use for any future projects.

In 2007 we purchased a home already under construction by David Grey. We did not know him or select him but discovered that he was honest and straight forward. I was onsite many times and was very impressed with the quality and integrity of his subcontractors. David has a good eye for design and color. We recently completed our home remodel with Grandview Development Construction and I would definitely give them a full FIVE STAR rating. We are thrilled with the final outcome--exactly what we wanted. In fact, the entire building process was very exciting. David Gray is extremely professional, a great listener, responsive to concerns, with great attention to detail. He is also unusually creative and came up with unique ideas that, I feel, added a special wow-factor to both the interior and exterior. His subs were great workers, on time, and very respectful. All in all, this project was a wonderful experience. We have received so many compliments!
