They did a major rennovation project for us this in the spring of 2017 and the final results were outstanding! Matt took the lead on our project and what we appreciated the most was his willingness to listen to our ideas, and his attention to every detail. Their subcontractors are also tremendous craftsman, easy to work with, and Matt was with them every step of the way. They made our project easy to budget by dividing it into 2 phases: PH-1 a thorough discovery process of every part of our home; PH-2 building a total budget necessary to make sure the repairs were done right and improve on the quality of the home where we could. They came in under budget, saving us $ where it made sense and didn't sacrifice any quality. OUR ONLY REGRET WAS WE DIDN'T HAVE GREG BAIN & CO BUILD OUR HOME IN THE FIRST PLACE!! If you are looking to build a home from scratch, rennovate, remodel, or just need some design ideas...Greg Bain & CO, in our opinion, in the first CO. you should talk to in the Flathead Valley.

Greg &his crew built my home in 2005. They have continued to serve me well if there is anything I need pertaining to my home. The project was completed early, under bid, & beautifully done! Their craftsmanship is beyond any in the valley. Asked if something could be done & the answer was/is "of course". Greg & his crew handled any problem that occurred-permits, neighbors, getting trucks & material into tight areas,etc. Greg was always available & kept his dead lines. it was an experience I would love to do again with this company! The only thing is my home is so perfect, I can't sell it! I would recommend Greg Bain & Company for building your home or remodel job. The project will be easy, fun, & worry free. You will be impressed how beautiful & professionally done it is when completed.

From the very first phone call through the planning meetings, the anticipation of breaking ground and watching our dream house become a reality, working with Greg Bain and Company was an absolute delight. Greg and Matt took our basic outline of a floor plan together with our vision for what we wanted and created a home that went far beyond our expectations in many areas. In almost all cases their vision far exceeded our own. Before we found a builder, and since we lived in Oregon, we had some concerns about building a house so far away, but Greg and Matt quickly alleviated those concerns. We were able to schedule planning meetings by phone, and each time we made a trip to Montana, they had meetings lined up for us with various vendors/sub-contractors for picking out the finishing touches, flooring, lighting, appliances, stone for the fireplace, granite for the kitchen and much more. From beginning to end, the entire process went smoothly with only pleasant surprises along the way. And, the house was completed on the date promised. Now the finished home is something we are proud of. We look forward to showing it off to our friends and family who come to visit. And much more - the members of the Bain family are now considered our special friends in our "home-away from home" in Montana. With the expertise and personal attention of the Greg Bain and Company design/build team, our dream became a reality.

My husband and I initially hired Greg Bain to help us design and build a vacation home within the next 4 years. But circumstances on our lot with an existing older home, forced us to change the entire septic system, well, and storage shed immediately. We live six hours away from our property and needed someone that we could trust to see that all of the contracting, manpower and follow through was done. Greg Bain took care of everything that was required to make it happen in a reasonable amount of time. We couldn't have asked for a better contractor.

We've done two remodels with Greg over the the last 16 years and both were spot on to what we wanted and made the completion date on time and on budget. Greg and his team are easy to work with, flexible with design goals, and in the case of the second job, which was complicated, capable of finding the best solution. Greg Bain designed and built my summer house on Flathead Lake. The design process was great -- Greg listened closely to our ideas for a pretty unique property (we built three small cabins, connected with walkways and stairs) and did a great job drafting and revising plans. The construction process was also smooth and problem free, with great communication and updates. The construction quality was first rate, and Greg and his team have been extremely responsive to requests for help, maintenance work and new projects to update our place since completion.
