We used the team at Case to remodel our bathroom. From the very beginning we felt listened to and welcomed by the team and we knew we made the right choice. We came with a lot of ideas and even some of the colours and tile picked out. Brooke was amazing to help with the design and picking out the finishing touches and ideas. Lauren was always so kind and attentive during construction and Romil is a true perfectionist as lead builder! Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were on time, within budget (outside of small adjustments we requested during the process), and made sure to clean up every day before leaving. Highly recommend this team for your remodelling needs!

We recently had our kitchen and living room remodeled by Case, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The transformation has truly elevated our home. We hired Case Design/Remodeling to re-design our kitchen. While the primary scope of the project was the kitchen, it involved most of the main level of our house (family room, bathroom, as well as hardwood floors/stairs refinishing). We could not be more pleased with the outcome. Case was excellent to work with throughout the entire process, from consultation, to design and through construction. Their methodology/approach ensured that all materials were sourced and warehoused before the project began in September 2025 so as to avoid any delays. The quality of the work and the professionalism of the crew and various trades people was excellent. They were highly punctual, friendly and cleaned up at the each of every day. Our assigned Project Manager Jordan, was excellent to work with and kept us well informed throughout the entire project. The project was completed a couple of weeks later than anticipated but before the Christmas holidays as requested/planned but through no fault of Case (ran into some unforeseen issues from the original house construction that had to be dealt with). The project was not inexpensive but you should expect to pay a bit of a premium if you want this level of quality and professionalism. I would highly recommend Case Design, in fact I already have.

We hired Case Design to build an addition onto the front of our house. From the initial meeting, through the planning stages, product choices, construction, to the final inspection, every step of the process was personal and professional. Our project manager was excellent and responded to our questions and changes quickly. All construction crews were friendly, hard working, and provided quality workmanship and attention to detail. They did exactly as agreed upon in the contract. Our project was completed on schedule considering minor delays due to weather and back ordered material. The web site for communication and daily log updates made being off site easier. We would highly recommend Case Design - Archadeck. We were impressed by their process and are ever so pleased with our new front entry, half bath, and family room.”

We are so pleased with our recent completed renovation of our master bedroom and ensuite. The team at Case Design took our dreamed vision and transformed our space in to a more functional space. We traded our very small shower and unused corner jet tub for a large beautiful walk in shower and extra counter/storage space. The whole team from the designers/planners, office staff, onsite project manager, crew and delivery guys were exceptional to work with and so courteous. Any issues that arose during construction or after completion were dealt with in a timely manner with exceptional communication between all involved in the project. We had a basement that had some water damage due to a storm in 2022 so we decided it was time to renovate the basement and staircase. Our experience with Case Design/Remodeling has been outstanding! We are blown away by the work ethic they had and how they kept things organized and ourselves informed on day to day tasks. They kept to the schedule and the contractors were extremely professional and friendly. They redid the staircase and provided a landing to the basement, renovated the floor on both sides of the basement with waterproof flooring and added a 3 piece vanity room with tile floor. New lights and pot lights were also added and made the space so much brighter. With the new lighter paint, it really makes the space more welcoming. We really appreciate all the work and professionally the Case Design/Remodeling Team has done and shown us. And we would without a doubt, request them to do renovations elsewhere around the house.

When we made the decision to renovate our house we wanted a partner who could assist us through the entire process. Case fit the bill on this and we're so happy we chose them. The design team made the many decisions easier and helped to guide the overall vision. Once we moved into the build our Project Manager and Site Lead were attentive and worked diligently to provide us with exactly what we wanted. The final result was more that we could have imagined and we would recommend Case to anyone looking for a renovation.

CASE are not the cheapest, but they are fast, efficient and most of all very well organized. If you want a turnkey deal, they are worth the money. Their scheduling was tight, they kept us informed and responded to any questions. Their workers were efficient, quiet and made a point of sweeping up after themselves every day. Working on a hundred-year-old house you are going to have surprises. Anything that was found was brought to our attention and a change order was written and signed. A couple of times items we had discussed did not make it to their plans, but they quickly admitted this and it was added without cost. In general, dealing with them was a pleasure and we will use them again for our kitchen.

Site crew was punctual, organized , clean and very attentive to detail. Everyone at CASE was great to deal with! The process from start to finish was a wonderful experience, any questions or concerns we were able to talk it out with them and make a plan if the issue were to arise. Can’t sing our praises enough for the wonderful team at CASE and how great they were every step of the way especially with the endless questions we had!

We came to Case Design with an unusual project amid unusual circumstances. They rose to the occasion and the team got us through the rough to help our vision come true. We are thoroughly and forever appreciative!

The Case people were extremely well organized and very good with communications. Many friends have told me renovation horror stories. I have none to share. Yes, the service wasn't cheap. But this was very much a case of "you get what you pay for." I found the whole process quite enjoyable
