We hired Kollin Hamilton with this company for a remodel of an old bungalow. We do not recommend him as not only he is not qualified for a job of this magnitude but is also irresponsible about the job.

I hired Kollin after meeting him on other projects. We worked together to remodel my office that had been ignored for years. He came up with an approved plan of replacing the roof, installing new windows and refreshing the overall look of the property with paint and flooring. The flooring he suggested for the break room has performed above expectstions. Overall a great experience. We had to stay open for business while this was taking place, and Kollin and his crews were very respectful of all of the employees.

I hired this company and the owner never finished the work. it was a bigger mistake to allow the work to continue.

MR HAMILON PAINTED THE OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSE AND THEY DONE A REALLY GREAT JOB THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND NEAT, VERY PROFESTIONAL I WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO ANY BODY LOOKING FOR A GREAT CONTRACTOR.

Repairs of old wood on the outside of the house. Replacement of gutters and re painting. This company was timely, on time. He called before each day to schedule work. Cleaned up daily. Work was finished in time frame. Start date and finish date were held. Communication was clear and consistent. I will use them again.

I hired this company for a kitchen remodel with some work in the master bedroom/master closet. The work began Sept. 2014 and has yet to be completed (Aug. 2015). Many things were done incorrectly. I have sent a certified letter stating that he has violated the contract by abandoning the job for more than 15 days. (It's been 5 weeks since I last heard from him.) Checked the Secretary of State's office and found that his company registration has been involuntarily revoked. I will have to pay our of pocket for another contractor to come in and fix what is already falling apart and complete other work.

Our project was projected to take 4 months. After 9 months of glacial progress Kollin walked the job and hasn't contacted us in 2 months. There is still work to be completed that I have had to seek other contractors to complete. While a nice guy I would recommend for a large remodel.

In the two years since our kitchen was remodeled, we have had to repair or replace a number of elements - most importantly and costly, the cabinets. The cabinet doors were made of particle board and have warped. They will eventually all need to be replaced with solid wood. At least two of the subcontractors that Kollin hired for our job were fired mid-job and the "fixes" of some of the issues were a joke. The cabinet above the refridgerator was warping and the "fix" was to place a piece of 2x4 on top of the fridge! We hired someone to reenforce the cabinet properly. We thought that our issues were part of the nightmare of construction but recently went through a bathroom remodel with a different contractor that was a totally different experience.

Kollin completed a rooftop kitchen and media room remodel for my townhome located near downtown. His prices were competitive with other bids I received and I am very satisfied with the quality of work. We designed the project working as a team together. I looked to him for innovated ideas and he readily accepted my suggestions. His subs were respectful of our home and he or one of his leads was typically there at the beginning and end of each day. He was easy to get in touch with and responsive to our requests. We trust Hamilton Baxter Construction to do the right thing and I'll certainly bring him back for my next project.

We have a condo in a high rise in Montrose and struggled to find a contractor who would work the allowed hours, had all the liability coverage and would deal with elevators and management. Kollin Hamilton was willing to work within these limitations. His bid for our demo and total redo was very fair. We are delighted with the end result and kollin has always been responsive stating he would always be sure to get the job done right. We recognize that this kind of job was complicated and encountered hic cups. However, Kollin remained professional and concerned about us and our home the entire way. I hope we get pictures up for before and after because our new home is really beautiful.

Wow, super professional. Couldn't ask for more in a contractor. Addressed problems head on, and immediately. Had mold when we pulled out kitchen cabinets, he found the source...and ripped all of it out... Attention to detail. Actually finished a week early. Great company, great respectful workers.... Couldn't ask for more!!!

Hamilton Baxter recently completed my renovation project. They did an amazing job and my kitchen and bathroom look absolutely beautiful. Kollin Hamilton was professional and worked with my budget every step of the way. He took the time to listen to my concerns and needs and led me through the renovation process. The job site was always cleaned and they were respectful of my space during the renovation. I will definitely use Hamilton Baxter on any other projects I have and refer this company to my friends and family.
