Jastine Contracting Corporation did a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel. Dan Garay and his crew were trustworthy, knowledgeable, and accommodating as we did make some changes throughout the remodel. Most importantly, Dan and his crew were VERY neat during the course of the remodel which was important to us as we have kids running around the house. Our traditional colonial now has an updated look that creates a cozy space for our family. We feel like we have a brand new home!!!!

Jastine Contracting came out to renovate my kitchen. Their ability to overcome obstacles involved in the renovation of a 30 year old kitchen was a tedious task. The creation of the kitchen surpassed my expectations. It came out more beautiful than I could have imagined. My family and friends now enjoy the open floor plan, the functionality and ambience. Their knowledge,professionalism,advice and honesty was exceptional in the creation of this project.

Olde Stone Kitchens & Flooring

Working together with Jastine Contracting has been an absolute pleasure. Our project was a brand new kitchen with countertop installation. Dan was very reasonable and easy to work with. He demonstrated vast knowledge every step of the way and made my job very easy. He helped unload the truck, and did a wonderful job installing the kitchen. Jastine has handled several construction projects for us ranging from roofing repairs to modifications inside our maintenance facilities. They always arrived when they said they would, delivered the project within their estimate, and completed the project when they said they would. Their workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend them.

Dan gave me design ideas for a new 800 sq. ft. Trex deck and Gazebo with new footings and drainage. The design went over my budget and he spent a lot of his own time with me to redesign it and come up with ideas to cut some of the cost down and he did, without cutting the quality of work! He also did everything he said he would and the workers were excellent and cleaned up on a daily basis. I own my own electrical contracting business in New York City and have been dealing with a lot of different contractors for many years. (for business and my home) I wouldn't use anyone else. My deck and finish work came out better then what I imaged!

We hired jastine Contracting for a major rennovation/addition to our home which included coordination with board of health department, our Engineer and Architect. All work was completed to our utmost satisfaction. All contract deadlines were met and the contract budget was honored. Several complications came to light during construction as a result of errors in the Architectural drawings(not Jastine) - Dan Garay quickly addressed the problems and provided solutions to us, without extending the timeframes and more importantly without extending the contract pricing. Communication was never a problem as has been our experience with other contractors. Dan was on-site and his employees and sub-contractors were courteous and respectful. The finished product was beautiful and professionally completed to the last detail. Jastine Contracting succeeded all expectations and we can and do recommend them without reservation.

I have used Jastine contracting for a few projects. These included re-roofing the house and also a complete sunroom addition. The quality of the workmanship and the materials are all of high quality. I had no issues with the projects and everything is holding up just fine. I would use them again if I have the need. One thing to remember that many folks forget is that construction projects could be lengthy and disruptive. That is the nature of construction and not the fault of the contractor. The end product will be worth it. Jastine contracting made it as painless as possible during these projects and did a god job in completing things on time.

As a professional builder for over 40 years, I have had the experience and pleasure of working with Jastine Contracting as a sub contractor on many projects. I have know It's principle, Dan Garay, for over 20 years. Dan is a man of his word, aims to satisfy his clients, and will go the extra distance to do so. His experience is invaluable when it comes to solving any problems that may arise. His pricing is reasonable and in general, he would rather do a little extra, than seek out extra charges.
