I have worked with and met Kathryn on numerous occasions. Every single time I love her great sense for modern design and her personal style. This alone is already worth 5 stars in my book. However, to top it all off, she also brings professionalism, knowledge about (plant and other) materials, intelligence, energy and a fun personality to the table. Kathryn has it all! If you need a great designer for your interior space or landscape project - who understands modern design, you can't go wrong with Kathryn!

I know first hand how concerning it is as a homeowner, to find someone who is the ‘real deal’. My husband and I had just finished a one year home remodel that we did not have a good experience with. So when we met with Kathryn, we were already on the defensive. We needn’t have been - Kathryn is, without doubt, the most talented, professional and ethical person I have had the pleasure of working with. We hired Kathryn to transform our midtown Tucson backyard. It is a relatively small space that required some creativity. We wanted some play-space for our toddler without it looking like a playground. Kathryn came highly recommended and I can understand why. She met with us multiple times at length to discuss our needs and to get a feel for the style we were seeking. Her very first design was nearly perfect. She even met with a specialist to ensure that her final plans had correct elevation levels as flooding was a major concern of ours. She has a great eye for working with whatever space you throw at her. She helped us find the right contractor to complete the project. She stuck around throughout the build to help with materials selection and any other hiccups. We are very happy with the end result. We will call Kathryn again if we have any future projects, either interior or exterior.

Kathryn was a great partner to make our back yard and side entrance into an oasis. She was easy to work with , helped us visualize the design concept and was ready to go in a different direction when there were better choices. The pool, tile choices, fencing, walkway surfaces , lighting and landscaping were all part of the package. Great to have one contact point for communication/coordination. So impressed we're starting another smaller project!

Kathryn Prideaux did a wonderful job designing our new outdoor space. Our project was very large and complicated and included complete demolition of our existing pool and spa. Her design included many high end and beautiful and unique features such as a full overflow spa, misting system, high end lighting, water feature, and the like. Kathryn was able to hit all the right notes of marrying materials with function. She has a great eye for plants, landscape, and hardscape. Kathryn found lots of interesting materials and applied them in eye pleasing ways. Kathryn also made sure our exterior design elements and colors flowed beautifully with our current interior remodel. Kathryn's fee structure was such that her fees were a small fraction of the entire project cost -- an excellent value. I can't imagine spending the money we did and not going through the process of detailed design and planning. Kathryn has a great eye and is aggressive and imaginative in her design and is not afraid to try big things!

I have chosen Prideaux Design to help me design my dream kitchen not excecly knowing what my dream kitchen supposed to look like. Kathryn opened my mind to ideas, colors, materials and textures I otherwise wouldn’t consider. She made the whole process so exciting, easy and stress free. Kathryn introduced us to 3 different construction companies and helped select one that fits our needs best. As we start our remodel in just few week I can hardly wait to see the final product. Kathryn is not only a brilliant designer but also a great coordinator. I’m grateful to a friend who recommended Prideaux Design to us and I definitely will too.

Although my interior design project was relatively small, the impact of Kathryn’s exquisite design was huge. She helped me totally transform my living room, with a gorgeous feature fireplace/TV wall. Kathryn is an exemplary designer & executioner . She was hired to transform a small backyard space which also needed to accommodate a desert tortoise. Her creation so far exceeded anything I could have created. She raised the patio & angled it so I look out on the wash area..never aware of neighbors. She created a very natural yet sophisticated scape . The tortoise is also very content. She created a mini paradise for this client. Several visiting friends said they could move in & live on the patio alone. Another unique creation was a metal 'catio' . Cats have total access to the outside & yet completely protected. The designs are unique, creative & functional. I would highly recommend Kathryn ! I cannot wait to come up with another project. She has an exceptional aesthetic . First project was executed in 2014. Had her back in 2015 to extend the project out to the wash area. She created a paradise for this very happy client

Kathryn Prideaux helped us design our dream backyard from start to finish. She was very detail oriented, always available, and worked great managing entire team of contractors, landscapers, pool company, etc. She listened to our list of must haves and made everything flow together. She helped us mix modern and rustic perfectly to create a space we use everyday and love to entertain in. She is the best and we continue to use her for other projects inside our home.

Kathryn kept us informed on progress of the project at all times. She sent photos to show us how things were transforming. The first time I saw the project completed I couldn't believe how much it made my house a home. I have Kathryn to thank for that. She is fun to work with, and at the same time, a real professional. Since we own the nicest backyard in our neighborhood we have hired Kathryn for a second time to design a complete rework of our courtyard and to add much needed curb appeal! Can't wait!
