moca23 stands for modern, custom, art. We specialize in creating pieces of fine art for private residences and corporate clients and often work together with interior designers and architects. The architecture and interior design of the space are important considerations for the artist. Size, colors and techniques are discussed based on samples during the creative collaboration process that leads to a detailed proposal before the actual work of painting starts. Principal artist Tanja Caterina Eltze' s creations are found in art collections in the U.S. and Europe. Her often large scale pieces are modern and abstract. Tanja constantly develops new and surprising techniques that cannot be found elsewhere and collaborates with other artists if the desired look/technique is outside her repertoire. Our showroom in Oro Valley is open by appointment, but consultations are also held at the site where the future artwork will be hanging.
