Lambright Design Group did a fantastic job on our remodel, which included a full basement build-out, a new kitchen, and the addition of a master suite. We couldn't be happier. Functionally they were able to fit everything we wanted into our fairly small footprint, and aesthetically they did it all with elegance and finesse. It was important to us that we stay true to our house's 1918 heritage, and their historical expertise and design eye resulted in a remodel that blends seamlessly. Tom and his team are a pleasure to work with. Throughout the project they had fantastic ideas that pushed the boundaries of what we were thinking, yet they were always humble and open to our desires and ideas. Tom is not a diva who needs to be right, but someone who truly wants to create the right house for each specific client. We couldn't recommend Lambright Design Group more highly. We had a difficult and complex remodel, but they were here for us the entire way and the result is superb.

Tom and Liz from Lambright Design Group did a great job on our project. We excavated our basement and built a separate apartment unit under our 1925 home in West Seattle. They were professional and quick with their responses. Made changes as requested. Made helpful and creative suggestions to improve our project. Best of all they walked us through the ADU process with the city.

We hired Lambright Design Group for services on a remodel/new construction at our home in Medina. Tom was very nice to work with and timely with his work. We had a somewhat unusual project in that we tore down 1/2 of an existing structure and built new the other half which took some coordination of the two pieces. Tom worked well with city on a number of issues and always kept us informed of the process. I would recommend him on similar projects.

Tom Lambright was recommended by a friend of ours whom had worked with him on several projects and we couldn't have been happier. Our project was to up date a 1910 home while keeping it true to its roots. He was able to open up the flow of the house and his design was exactly what we wanted (though we wouldn't have known we wanted it without him!). Over the past few years I have hired Tom Lambright to help with with a few remodeling projects, possible property/new home ideas, and most recently to build a small office. Obviously I like working with him since I keep going back to him. He's enthusiastic but grounded, very reliable, offers lots of great ideas and is willing to try multiple options (I am a rather finicky client I think, but I know what I like) which means that he is flexible. He's super knowledgeable about materials, design risks and strengths, and he has a terrific eye for design and detail! And he's just a nice guy. Tom Lambright brought his excellent design skills, communication skills, drafting, permit assistance, and consistent and respectful interaction with us and our trades to our project, which was an extensive remodel of a mid-century home to incorporate modern design and materials. We could not be happier with Tom and we highly recommend him for your residential project.

Tom designed architectural plans, successfully navigated them through the permit process, and provided construction support for the remodel of our approximately 2,500 sqr. feet, multi-story, 1940’s house. In retrospect, Tom was right on with all his decisions and final design, a demonstration of his experience and knowledge. We appreciated that Tom listened to our ideas during the design process, incorporating them where possible, but correctly guiding us against others. This lead to our completed remodel that we are very happy with today. Tom is organized, timely, responsive, insightful and a good communicator. We were impressed with how well he stuck to his original estimated budget and schedule. During construction, Tom was helpful in guiding the contractor and adapting our design on the fly when needed. To top it all off, we found Tom friendly and easy to work with. In summary, we are very happy with the services Lambright Design provided and would strongly recommend Tom.
