Selba Kitchens & Baths

We renovated our home 6 years ago. We are typically not the type of people to write reviews or voice concern, this is precisely why we waited so long to post a review. We are highly unsatisfied with product, professionalism and overall service with Selba Kitchen. When we renovated we did not look anywhere else but Selba because we had full trust that they would give us great product and service but we were way off. Firstly, we have them a paint colour and sample to match out cupboards to the crown moulding and it is not even close. Our moulding is white and our cabinets look yellowish not to mention that they are peeling. We had addressed these concerns with management and they came to our house and brought touch up paint and not address all issues. We spent $$$ on a corner lazy Susan cupboard and have not been able to fully use it since day 1. Service guy came out to our home 3x’s to try and fix it. Once this was done we received a call from Selba basically telling us that this would be the last service call. I don’t understand because nothing was resolved. We are extremely disappointed with our kitchen. We waited so many years, worked so hard to be able to renovate our home and this is the service we received. Highly highly disappointed.

Diana, I would like to thank you for the amazing job you have done in designing my kitchen, 3 bathrooms, laundry room and walk-in closet. Your attention to detail has made my space a lot more functional and organized. Your recommendations in space around the island is just perfect. Lots of room and very functional. Love how all my spaces are functional and organized. You did a fantastic job. Diana, also a big thank you for helping me choose colours on counters, tiles and floors to complete the final look I wanted. You went over and above the cabinetry. You are one amazing designer and very good at what you do. Also, your installer Azad is just beyond amazing and detailed to perfection. I can’t thank Azad enough for the amazing install work he did. I just love the way he works, very neat and everything is done to perfection. Selba is very lucky to have such an amazing installer. A big thank you to Ord and Danny for accommodating my working schedule to have all my cabinetry delivered and installed as efficient as possible. Their professionalism and accommodations were awesome. Overall my experience with Selba was amazing. So far very happy with all the cabinetry and service. Great job Selba. Rose and Lauro

I love our kitchen! This is the 2nd kitchen we had designed and installed by Selba. A special Thank you to Paula, who put up with our mutiple visits, including dropping by without an appointment. Without Paula's patience and Keen eye for design, our dream kitchen would not have been a reality. She assisted us in keeping our kitchen within budget but without it looking cheap. Her experience with design and practicality helped us not only build a beautiful kitchen but a useful one. she even went out of her way to assist us with countertops and sink & faucet colour options. In regards to service and install, the installation of the kitchen was timed accurately. The staller for both kitchens was kind and always asked us our preference before going ahead with items that were not explained in our kitchen design. In regards to service for any repairs etc, there weren't many issues and one year later our kitchen still looks spectacular. We have called in once or twice for service for minor issues. If we were unble to get the help we require from the service department, a quick email to Paula and she would go out of her way to have the issue rectified. Thank you again Paula, always a pleasure working with you! Thank you Selba!

Paula at Selba was phenomenal in providing us with a design that really works for our kitchen and providing us with a product that we absolutely love. We completed the project in September of 2016 and at a reasonable cost. She took into consideration our needs and was extremely patient. The installer, was absolutely outstanding. What a job he did. I've recommended them to several people looking to do kitchen upgrades and will continue to do so.

Selba Kitchens provided an outstanding customer experience and overall quality finished product. Natalie (designer) and Danny (installer) were amazing - always keeping us posted during the build phase, and valuing our needs and concerns during the setup and install phases. The product quality is outstanding; and our kitchen is now a conversation piece within our neighbourhood.

I had my kitchen and bathrooms designed by Susan Peccia (designer at Selba Kitchens). Her service was excellent. She took her time to accommodate my likes, colours of cabinets /drawers, hardware and design. Susan came to take measurements in my home. She gave good advice and is very current and up to date with new designs and models. I am very pleased with the workmanship and would highly recommend Selba Kitchens and Susan Peccia as the designer.

Jennifer Prior our kitchen and bathroom designer saw to it that our kitchen and bathrooms was completed into a beautiful functional layout and that Selba Kitchen &Bath provided us with a quality product . We appreciated how Jennifer was attentive with any issues that may have come up and was very quick to find a solution.

Selba kitchens was extremely professional from start to finish! "I love my kitchen". Sue was my designer she understood my vision of how I wanted my kitchen to look and immediately came up with a incredible design. They sent a installer which was on top of everything he was a absolute craftsman. He worked long hour and it shows every small detail was meticulous handcrafted to perfection. Everyone that comes to my home is impressed with how beautiful the kitchen looks. I absolutely recommend this company and Sue, she is friendly and easy to work with. She puts her clients first!!

I had the pleasure of working with Selba kitchens for the last couple of months as we renovated our entire kitchen! I worked with Paula a fantastic kitchen designer! Paula and her team at Selba are extremely professional and extremely patient and understanding! I changed my mind several times as this is a huge investment both financially and emotionally! Not once did Paula get upset or impatient wig me! Trust me I have a difficult time making a simple decision! They completely understood and always made me feel comfortable! I was told time and time again that my happiness and that if my famiikybwasbwahr was most important! Paula designed an incredible kitchen and the installation was wonderful!
