We had the pleasure of working with JEMM to complete our first floor Master addition. JEMM built a beautiful Master Bedroom, Master Bath and Closet, and Sunroom onto our home. The process is well organized with each phase being well planned to avoid any delays when possible. Though we realize all of the hard work that went into our build, they truly made the process look easy. A big added bonus was that each person we worked with was very professional and nice. This has not been the case with Construction companies that we've worked with in the past. But it made the process so much more manageable. We enjoyed making our selection's and appreciated the design help. I would highly recommend JEMM!

Jemm Construction did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen. We really appreciated their open communication regarding the process and timeline. They were very patient and understanding with respect to our concerns, vision, and budget. They were able to make custom built components that matched the decor. I am still, two years later, happy with the construction and kitchen layout.

Mark and the JEMM team were exactly who we needed to work with on our kitchen remodel. We did not have a clear idea what the kitchen should look like and had a difficult layout to deal with. He patiently guided us through the process and had excellent suggestions when it came to choosing materials. The project manager took care to keep the mess down and hold disruptions to a minimum. He quickly and professionally dealt with the minor mistakes that were bound to occur. The project came in on budget, was attended to professional detail and is gorgeous! More than a year later from completion and I have not found one fault in the design, materials or workmanship.

We hired JEMM to do a kitchen/bathroom/dining room remodel for our 1928 colonial. They did a wonderful job talking through options and putting together designs that would meet our needs. I couldn't be happier with the way it all turned out.

We are doing remodeling our house and last year we renovated our porch. Mark Maltry and JEMM are outstanding. They are on time, professional and are helpful with various ideas concerning the projects that they do.

After interviewing 3-4 options, we decided to hire JEMM to finish our basement in 2016. Mark and the team were a pleasure to work with at all stages of the project. The planning process was smooth and cooperative. Mark did a great job taking our ideas and vision and putting them into reality – working with us on options, choices, and staying within budget. We also had a pretty tight timeline for the project and Mark and JEMM were able to finish the remodel with a week to spare. Dan, our project management, was responsive, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire remodel (and in following up after completion). For example, during the project we had an issue with the location of heating ducts and electrical lines being in the way. Instead of just soffiting the ducts and power lines (which would have been easier but less visually appealing), the team worked to move the ductwork and electric lines without added cost to us. We also had a small issue pop up a year after the project was completed and Mark and Dan sent someone out within a day to address it (no cost to us). The overall results exceeded our expectations in terms of look and quality of the remodel. Price-wise, there were some cheaper contractors available – but the quality, professional attitude, experience and customer service made JEMM the right choice for us. We would recommend JEMM to any of our friends and would certainly use them again for future projects.
