It’s all done!…so here we are, “ living the dream” in our beautiful multi-generational home, thanks to Matt Daigle, Shawn Kyer and the Millennial Contracting Crew! Our expectations were surpassed by their expertise, design experience, careful considerations and quality workmanship. Their exemplary service kept the project flowing beautifully. Our first winter was met with all of the conveniences and comfort attributed to a new home build. Radiant floor heating and picturesque oversized windows kept us warm throughout the cold winter days. It’s everything we had imagined and more! We are very grateful for Matt & his Team and would highly recommend them to anyone considering the experience of building a new home! Thank You Millennial Contracting for helping us to realize our dream! Part Three…The Finishing Touches So we’ve arrived at the point where the finishing work has begun. The Pro’s at Millennial Contracting are hands on when it comes to the all important finishing phase! Their Punctuality and Perseverance reassures us that our dream home is almost complete. We are weeks away from christening our new home with a “WELCOME” mat. Matt & Shawn have been there for us at every step of the way to guide us during the process as well as coach us on finishing choices. Their careful attention and flexibility in attending to our personal taste for our future home is a wonderful quality in a Contractor. This is no “Cookie Cutter Home”, this is our custom family home, that will be enjoyed by generations to come. Building it is a very personal experience. How exciting it was to watch the ground break on our forever home. Matt, Shawn & the Millennial Crew have been right on target with the timeline of our build. They have been extremely reliable and absolute perfectionist with bringing to life our plans on paper. We recently had the pleasure of working with Matt and his amazing team to build my pool shed with attached bar. From the initial consultation, where all we had was a vision, to the fine details throughout the planning Matt was extremely helpful, creative, reliable and professional. He took the time we needed to consult throughout. The project was completed fast and to perfection. His amazing crew were very efficient, professional, hard working and friendly. We had our kitchen renovated as well as 2 bathrooms. Took 5 weeks for kitchen and 3 weeks for bathroom as planned. It got completed on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable crew. Gave us step by step of what was going to be done every day. The demolition and the renovations went like a breeze. I could not be moremore excited and very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Millennial Contracting for any home renovations. The kitchen renovation is finally complete. We could not be more pleased with our contractor, Matt Daigle and his team at Millennial Contracting. They were very professional, courteous and went above and beyond to bring our kitchen vision to fruition. Matt was a pleasure to work with and did a great job over seeing the entire project, obtaining the building permit, arranging, and coordinating the trades people which included electrical, plumbing, HVAC, tilers and cabinet maker. Millennial offered a full-service including demolition to installing new flooring, prepping walls and painting. Matt also followed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The team from Millennial Contracting were always punctual and made sure the area was cleaned at the end of the day, making living in a major renovation that much easier. Additionally, their selection of working music was also decent. I would recommend Millennial Contracting without hesitation.

We are very pleased with the work that Matt and his crew at Millennial Contracting did to replace our covered deck this summer. Despite significant wood shortages throughout our area caused by Covid-19, Matt sourced various suppliers in order to complete this major job without delays. Our old 12’ x 24’ covered deck (with a 8’ x 8’ open side porch for the barbecue) was stripped out and replaced with an up-to-date rebuild anchored on helical piles. Matt expertly steered the project through permits and inspections and the resulting build meets all of our expectations. As requested, the metal roofing matches our house roof and the interior ceiling is finished with pine and features LED pot lights and a ceiling fan. Matt’s electric subcontractor did a great job of routing power to the lights and ceiling fan despite some inconveniently located house structure. All in all, a great job and a deck that should last for decades to come!

Matt and his team recently completed a beautiful backyard deck and modern-style pergola for my family. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail are exceptional. It’s evident that everyone on the team takes great pride in their work. The little finishing touches they included just make us love it even more! I highly recommend Millennial Contracting and would be happy to work with Matt again on future projects.

Matthew and his crew were polite, respectful and clear on what the job would be in rebuilding our front stairs. Although there were unforeseen delays in getting material due to COVID-19 (something that was beyond the control of Millennial Contracting), Matt communicated this immediately to us. In the end, the stairs were done to a high standard of quality and appearance. His crew cleaned up the worksite of debris every time they left. We would consider using Matt's services again.

Great contractor, a pleasure having this company at our home. Large ten foot by 16 foot shed contracted. Quality work completed in a timely fashion would not hesitate to have this company return to do any size job.

I am very pleased with the work that Millennial Contracting did. Matt build me a beautiful fence, was on time courteous. Always cleaned up at the end of the day. Matt said 3 days and it was done in 3 days. I work nights and sleep during the day and you would never know he was building a fence outside. He even used a diging machine to dig holes never heard anything. His price was a fair price as well. I would highly recommend him he does great work.
