Starting as a family-owned business initiated by his father, Mitco Associates has been perfecting their craft for over a half century. Their employees are respectful, hard-working, knowledgable, dedicated professionals who regularly go above and beyond to make sure their clients' needs are being met. Todd Mitchell was 100% available to us throughout the job and always went the extra mile to make sure we were safe, happy and protected. Todd managed my entire basement renovation, including his and any additional contractors needed. Him, his team, and even office staff, make the process seamless and provide excellent customer service throughout the entire process. They were always respectful to work with as much care as possible to not disrupt your home life, leave the work site clean, and everyone is courteous and professional from his team. In regards to the work done, our basement is high-end perfection down to every detail. Todd also provided his own recommendations for the design, which were great additions (custom mud area), as well as winning over the difficult inspectors of our town. Thanks for everything Todd!

We used Mitco to renovate our kitchen turning 3 small rooms into an exquisite great room. Their work was beyond exceptional and their staff was both professional and courteous. I have an eye for detail and I was nervous that there would be flaws that I would constantly notice, but Don and Todd were only satisfied with perfection, which is what we now have. I could not be happier!

Mitco helped transform my upstairs bedrooms into more useable space for my family. Together we brainstormed some ideas for closets and small alterations and I could not be happier with the results. The men that came to work were so nice, worked super fast and cleaned up when done. Everyone I worked with at Mitco was always pleasant, professional and willing to go above and beyond their roles. I highly recommend Mitco to anyone looking for a huge renovation or a small project.

I first met Todd and Don Mitchell when we hired Mitco to do a major renovation of our home in 1999. We decided to remain in the house while the work was being done and they did everything they possibly could to make things as easy as possible. In short, they were fantastic, the work came out great and we couldn't have been happier. When finished, they assured us that we could call at any time should any other rerpairs or maintenance be necessary. Our home is now 60 years old things definitely do come up from time to time. All I needed to do was pickup the phone and Mitco woiuld be there. They have made our lives so much easier over the years and have become friends and trusted advisors along the way. I recommend them without hesitation, I think they're the best.

My experience with Mitco Contracting was outstanding. They were exceptionally professional and respectful. The job not only met our expectation but exceeded it. We have recommended them to numerous friends and family and will continue to do so. Our major renovation was completed 5 years ago and we have used Mitco for several smaller job since and any problem we encounter is addressed and fixed promptly and completely. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

Good morning Judy! That is how every day of my renovation started. Todd and Don Mitchell always had a positive and upbeat attitude. Nothing was ever a problem, just a situation to be corrected. Todd always returned my phone calls promptly. Maria was a pleasure to speak to in the office. Tim and Tony were great, as were all the guys on the job. All work was done well with attention to detail using quality materials. Even now, 6 years after our construction, I can still call Todd or Don with any other home maintenance questions. They always have an answer or can refer me to someone. I can give MITCO our highest recommendation.

We have worked with Mitco Associates a number of times over the past few years. The first time was to convert our unfinished basement into a beautiful living space for our family. They did a wonderful job and all of the people associated with Mitco were professional. We worked with them again when we had to gut our garage and rebuild it after mold had infested it. Once again they were very professional and did a wonderful job. My husband and I have very high standards and Mitco Associates has always exceeded our expectations.

We hired MItco to add a second story onto our L shaped ranch. Todd, Don and their crew are all very personable and easy to wok with. They are timely and efficient. They are extremely knowledgable about home construction and design as well as the materials available to the consumer. they did my house 12 years ago and I still maintain a relationship with them and have had them back to do smaller projects for me because I know I can trust them and Todd always gets right back to you with any questions or concerns you may have. We hired Mitco Associates for our home renovation and were extremely pleased with the entire scope of the project. When we were bidding the plans, Todd Mitchell came with each of his lead subs who would be doing the work (HVAC, electric, plumbing, masonry). Our bid included a breadkdown of the entire project by specialty, so we felt very protected with the number. Todd stated the project would take 6 months and he was right. He was at our house everyday to ensure the project was moving along and to troubleshoot details. Every week, we received an itemized bill from the Mitco office for supplies that had been delivered or that were coming. It was great to have a running log of our finances to ensure that the bid was matching up with the project. Todd and Don Mitchell, along with their staff, run an incredible company. They are knowledgeable, fair, creative and accountable for all of their work. It is without reservation that we recommended them to our friends and to you. Kate and Patrick Tracy
