I've had the privilege of helping with the staging of several of Landon's homes, and as someone who sees a lot of homes, I can say that his work is absolutely top notch. His creativity in design is simply inspiring. From the stellar choices in finishes, to the quality of the work, you just don't see many builders with this kind of intentionality these days!

Our casita bath remodel was done on time, within budget, and with high quality workmanship. The project consisted of replacing a tub/shower combination with a walk-in shower and new countertop and fixture for the vanity. We were extremely pleased with the project from start to finish. Landon Mondragon, the owner, was our contact throughout and went above and beyond the level of service we anticipated. We recommend them without reservation for any home remodeling project.

Jacob Remodeling did a wonderful job installing our new kitchen cabinets in our home. The lighter tone makes the whole kitchen seem larger and more open. The hardware is just beautiful and the under cabinet lights are so helpful. Thank you for the amazing job!

They did a complete remodel of our condo. All work was done beautifully. They handled all aspects of the construction, coming in on time, and on budget. Extremely courteous and professional.

We were starting to feel closed in by our home, it was getting a bit tight with space. We already had a garage sale, donated thing and still the space was just not right. So we decided to hire a contractor to help us make the most of the space we have. We started with the closets. We restructured the closets with organizers, doors, cubbies and hanging bars, as well as pull out hampers for the dirty clothes. Next we added shelving in the kids rooms. After that we attacked the laundry room, getting the ironing board installed on the door, shelving, a custom wall unit for soap and laundry supplies and a hanging rod to air dry clothing. We installed high shelving around the perimeter to store things we don't use to often. In the bathroom, we removed the standing sink with a beautiful cabinet! Now all that was left was the garage and the kitchen. The kitchen has always been set up terribly! There is little drawer space and the pantry is not deep enough for a trash can, etc. We were able to make some minor changes that really improved the function. We removed some of the lower shelves in the pantry closet to fit a trash can, then we added some deep, tall drawers, and above that, more structured shelving with less height between the shelves so we didn't have to stack things 5 high to use the area. I am so happy with the results! I cannot afford to sell this house and I was tired of clutter and seeing things on the floor or out of place. You have finally allowed me to enjoy my home again! Jacob and Company came highly recommended to us from a friend. We hired them to install a new roof on our Scottsdale home. They did a fantastic job with our new roof. The lighter color roof shingles really freshened up the look of our house. Jacob and Company stuck to the estimate and did the job quickly! They were very clean and tidy about their work. Landon designed our bathroom remodel; removed tub and shower enclosure, built curved wall for snail shower enclosure, designed, plumbed and tiled the shower, and replaced counter tops with granite. The finished project is beautiful and so functional. It surpassed our expectations! He also installed new appliances and granite in the kitchen. When the projects were finished his workers washed walls and floors, returning our home to us clean and sparkling.
