Great product, lead times are long. All in all, it's worth the wait. We have installed several of these Nanawall's on a current project.

I have a 24ft Nana door in my house in Az, I’ve been told to have serviced every 1-2 years, unfortunately I have tried to contact service reps recommended in the Paridise Az area but neither one returns calls, very frustrating, would recommend before you purchase make sure there is a service option for you, very disappointed!!!

NanaWall is hyper responsive. They come when they say they will. And they've returned several times to teach our contractor how to use the system, and to make minor adjustments. The final product is gorgeous.

We had purchase a SL60 folding glass wall system for our home. Unfortunately, the corner connector to one of the doors broke after only 9 months. The warranty for the part was covered by the warranty but I had to pay for the labour cost of the repair. I felt I had not misused the glass walls and followed proper usage instructions. My installer also provided information to DJ. After many discussions about product integrity, installation and usage of the product with DJ they agreed to reimburse me for the repair cost.

I have a 5-pane black nanawall. It looks great but have had some issues since the installation when it get sunny out (the swing door won't open when the panels expand). The installers have been out multiple times to adjust it and it hasn't made it that much better, however they are still working on it and i have hope it will be resolved before next summer. NanaWall company has gotten involved with the installers and are helping resolve the issue.

NaNa took care of me about service and my NaNa doors work great now they open smooth as silk.

I would have given this review 5 stars because I love my Namawall windows & doors. I live close to the ocean and need them to be serviced. I also need some hardware to be replaced on two windows. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get service. I live in California and in my area NanaWall outsources it’s after-sale service. I have been trying to get someone to come by for six months now. Their rep ignores my e-mails and phone requests. It is very frustrating. Really bad service. It is like buying a high end beautiful car and never being able to have it serviced!

The best engineered folding wall system on the market, especially for severe climates and high altitudes. They should call it NanaVision because it will transform your space to open up and allow you to enjoy the view. and experience a space in different ways.

I splurged and bought a NanaWall for my small, but very detailed, She Shed. The NanaWall is going to make my 100 square foot gem look a lot larger in the summer when the door is open. It was installed pretty quickly, these guys have done more than a few installations I would say. I would recommend them to install your NanaWall if it's in your future.

My two NanaWall systems are the main features of my home. I absolutely love coming home and opening up to the outdoors. The quality is exceptional and my energy bills are extremely low. They are solid and strong, with wonderful safety locking feature. If I were to build another home, this system would be the first thing in my plans.

Happy outcome with a recent residential renovation to install a 9'.6" Nanawall retractable/panoramic wall system. The door replaced a typical 5' sliding door between a family room & sun-room. The door was done with a 93" height (in a room w/8ft.ceilings) to maximize the connection between the rooms. This required a flush header to replace the section of exterior wall. The homeowner's and I had looked at MANY retractable/panoramic doors over a period of 3 years, initially feeling that the residential options were not really market ready, and the commercial option would be out of reach for a residential install. However, once we contacted Nanwall, we knew they offered the only option we'd seriously consider. They know their product, offered the options we were looking for, and a price that made the project possible for our clients. We worked with Joe Bennett at Nanawall's location in Bristol, PA. He and the crew @ Nanawall were great, and very patient as we did not want to rush into this project. The product is well designed, well constructed and the planning is thorough. We opted to install the the door ourselves, never having install this type of door system, but having 40 years of design/build experience, and felling confident that we had back-up through the crew at Nanawall. Nanawall certainly is designed to be used in commercial applications, but nothing about the system is out of place in the home. Definitely should be considered (I know we will) for residential renovations. Great outcome, happy homeowners, happy contractor.

Contrary to a recent comment by another review Nanawall delays are just like any other during COVID. It’s been 2 months since we ordered ours and only now did we receive notice of delay and there’s no ETA on when we will get our product. And the back of the our house is completely open in anticipation of getting our product now. It’s inexcusable they waited until just 2 weeks before our scheduled delivery date to tell us of this. This will delay and add costs to our remodel project. They will get notice from our lawyers shortly

Our beautiful Nanawall is the entry to our indoor pool in our new house. During the time of Covid, many things were very delayed. Nanawall delivered exactly when they said they would. The local contractors that provided installation were reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done. The installers were wonderful. They made sure everything was complete and gave very good instruction. They were accessible for any further questions. The Nanawall is beautiful and offers exactly what we hoped. Thank you Nanawall!

I have been doing home improvements for the past 37 years. I had seen NanaWall at the trade shows but never had a request for it until recently. I installed it myself and had no problems at all. Great product, easy to install and looks amazing. Just talked another customer into using it. Once she saw it, she was convinced.

I had a 3-panel SL60 installed in my home in 2013 by a certified NanaWall installer, and enjoyed issue-free use of it for over 3 years. Then in early 2017 I noticed minor sticking when opening and closing the door. I assumed this was due to settling and likely just needed to be adjusted, and given the specialized nature of NanaWall and the warranty, I reached out to their main service center. They put me in contact with the local service expert and I scheduled an appointment to diagnose the issue, which carried a $150 price tag just to have a look. Once the local service expert was able to look at my unit, they found that the bottom hinge on the main access door had actually failed and was broken. The diagnosis was communicated to myself as well as the NanaWall service center in Corte Madera to get a quote for the parts. Much to my dismay, I was informed that the hinge was not covered under the 2 year limited warranty, and that the extended warranty that covers the rollers and other components would also not cover this failure. I communicated my displeasure to the installation manager, William Roberts, and tried to understand how an aluminum part like this could fail or if this was normal. After some back and forth he explained that this was not a normal failure, but in his opinion was likely due to improper installation or operation. I explained that the door was installed by a certified NanaWall installer, in order to keep the warranty in tact and was not misused, which would still not explain how the metal part had cracked and broken. Although he agreed it was abnormal it would not be covered under warranty and offered to sell me the parts at cost, which I ordered in order to continue with the repair and avoid additional damage. Now that the parts were on order I needed to get a quote for the work to replace the broken hinge. The local service expert which NanaWall makes you use in order to keep the warranty in tact, even though it had proven useless up to this point, quoted me $1400 for the work!!! I could not believe it, this was as much as I had paid to have the whole system installed!!! I don't understand how NanaWall can charge such a premium for their products and not even cover a gross part failure like this, and then force you to use their authorized local service representatives to keep the warranty in place. What is the point of using an authorized service expert, who has no competition and can set their rate, just to have a basic part of the door fail and not cover it under the warranty? I have loved the use of my NanaWall and all other parts of the construction have been fine, but I am very disappointed with my recent experiences with them in both warranty and price. Based on this I would not purchase another NanaWall or recommend it to a friend.

Looked around at many different doors and the Nanawall system was the one I wanted due to the fact that the doors are floor supported, lines were clean and it was energy efficient. I was willing to pay the slightly higher price and longer wait times for the performance. My order did not go smooth as my brokered contractor messed up the initial order and poorly communicated with Nanawall that further extended the wait. However, as soon as Dan at Nanawall was involved communication was on point and he saved a lot of frustration. I leave this at 4 stars as there was still a shipment error, but for the most part, Nanawall came through. Excited to have the doors and hopefully the doors last a long time

Our project with NanaWall went very smoothly, from planing to ordering to schedulign and delivery of the product was great. We hightly recomed the product and the company.

They provide outstanding support when we bring our customers to their showroom or making time for conference calls to answer questions. Once we order the product there is a steady stream of communication from them regarding information for our clients on how to make preparations for the delivery of the product. I own a home remodeling company (Integrity Contracting Services, LLC) and recently worked with Nana Wall Systems and their product as part of an Outdoor Living Space project in Brentwood, TN ... Our clients originally just wanted a large covered patio, but midway into the project they asked what it would take for the 625 sq ft area to be considered finished living space and count as part of their home's total square footage -- that is when we showed them the Nana Wall Systems. They now have a 625 sq ft indoor/outdoor space with three (3) Nana Wall Systems -- one system for a 17ft opening, one system for an 8ft opening and one for a smaller opening above the built-in grill. Our clients couldn't be happier with the finished product. We were very pleased with how working with Nana Wall Systems went from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and will definitely work with them again.

Peter Lombardi did a great job installing our Nana Wall and also prepared the opening as well as added stairs into the space. He arrived on time and did the installation in one day. We are thrilled with our wall and the job he did.

I am currently building a house with $60k worth of SL-60 folding doors. The showroom sell has been very different than the product we received. We have high panels and I've found out after the fact that the SL-60 is a flawed design for taller panels due to its flimsy roller system vs the higher end models. The panels we've installed are significantly harder to push and require more force than what we demoed in the showroom. The biggest problem i have is that the showroom did not have the model that the rep ended up recommending and selling us. In calling their customer service they told me the issue is that I bought their "cheapest" system which lacks the newer designs. I am stuck with brand new doors that my wife cannot easily close and have essentially wasted $60k. I would caution anyone from doing business with this company. You can spend half the money on a far better traditional system from Fleetwood or Western. So much for German engineering! The kicker is that I would have gladly paid for a better system if their salesperson had been willing to disclose the drawbacks of the SL-60 system which are significant. Please exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company.

A very unique product that we are absolutely going to love! But the process to get there... oh boy! :( Basically, they are set up to work with commercial installations where there is a Site contractor who they can assign full responsibility to for moving the (heavy) products around on the site, fully preparing the site, and doing all measurements (measurements that cause their own people heartburn). Their system assumes that a random homeowner is going to do all of that, which for a product at this price level, is simply ridiculous. If their product wasn't so unique and good, we'd have never gotten to the end... ultimately, with persistence, we did... or we almost have (we'll be done at the end of Jan)... 12 months after we started. their follow-on customer service and support is much better and more flexible than their sales team and ordering processes, and they are fixing a couple of pretty silly errors on their side in product color matching, and their recommended installer was excellent, which is ultimately why I believe that I'm going to be very happy w/ the product. Great product; poor process (at least for a homeowner)

The finest & highest quality materials and workmanship! The NanaWall is the "Icing on the Cake" for our remodel project. The minute we saw the NanaWalls displayed at the design center we knew this was "The One" and we received excellent information from the Sales Team. I had two WD66 systems installed in March 2018. Overall, my experience working with Nana Wall was positive. The doors operate nicely and really open up my living room.

The NanaWall was installed in my 20 year old house, replacing two 8' sliding doors, so it was more complicated to have the area prepared for the NanaWall. Plus, lots of trim and repairs to the surrounding space after the installation. At this time, the finish work has not been completed, but I am so excited to be able to redecorate with the new look. The change is amazing! I love the ease of opening and closing the panels...not to mention how the room has been transformed!

We decided to install a Nanawall in the back of our house after my business partner installed one in his. Both he and Nanawall recommended Doors by George to install in Phoenix. George and his team were the best. I don't think all installers are the same when it comes to Nanawall because of the complexity of this product. My two biggest concerns were that the track would be flush to the ground and that the drywall and paint work would look good. George's team did an amazing job. I couldn't have been happier with the install and finished work. Our floors were not level due to a shifting slab. George's team installed it so the track is perfect. I did not know them before this job but they are the best. Highly recommended.

We are a design build Firm. Nanawall is a good product which adds to any design. There is a small disconnect between sales and install. The 3rd party installers don't accept the material and want it correctly staged, this causes extra cost you may not of anticipated. Other than that We are quite please at the results thus far and it is the main highlights of the project

Great product. Great quality. Very good customer service. They ask for a lot up front and that is because they want it to be correct when it arrives. Go through all of the literature so that you know what you are getting. They are happy to work through this with you. I installed it myself, and would rate it a 4 out of 5 on the difficult scale. If you are very handy you should be able to do it yourself. If you not sure, I would suggest having one of Nanawall's certified installers do it.

Had a difficult time deciding if I wanted to spend the extra $$$ on this product. The remodel I was working on needed something interesting and I'm so glad I went through with it! Project and the window came out fantastic!

We loved our Nanawall in our last house so much that we bought again through Bollen Resources for our new house. It definitely helped sell our last house. They installed them already and they look great. They have been a joy to work with...Nanawall on time, installed in one day.

I have ordered and installed a 28' nanawall in our house. The quality of the product is very good however custom service is poor to say the least. My screen popped off the track and tore, I have been trying to reach Nana now for about 4-5 months about getting a replacement piece. I still have not even received an estimate for a new piece. I have called the sales dept, e-mail, and called nana directly with only being told they will get back with me. Product is a good product however if you need any replacement parts once it is in operation or need any support hopefully you have better luck that me!

We're extremely pleased with this product and our installer, (D. William Enterprises Ltd), was excellent. We have a pair of 2 panel 14' sliders that go into a pocket. I'd like to see some better details offered for the actual pocket opening itself so that when the doors are closed you can cover the pocket opening. That said, the quality of the doors and the installation is top notch.

Harmen and his team at Bollen Resiurces were great. He was knowledgeable and the installation went smoothly. He told me helpful information about what to do and not to do when opening the window and how to unlatch it.

NanaWall provides the best large-format patio doors/moving walls available, creating a product with the highest engineering standards and excellent finishes. Thank you for all of your support helping to bring this project to fruition! This door is 21' wide, 7' tall, and opens to an 18' clear opening. The 3rd door from the left opens first, stacking the 3 to the left. Then the 4 panels to the right stack up to the right. There is also a screen that covers the entire opening! This door will open onto a deck that is the same level as the floor inside. Pictures to follow when the project is complete!

Bollen's in Dallas were great my doors are beautiful I love them. The company was very helpful and quick to get them installed. They were very clean on the site. They explained everything to me about the doors more than once and walked through it with me until I knew how the worked they were great!

As a Canadian buyer the process to purchase this Nanawall was tedious and frustrating. From the purchase and sizing to the payment and installation. The price was better than other retailers selling similar products but I'm not sure worth the hassles that came with dealing with the US.

We could not be more happy with our Nanawall purchase. We are using them in a residential detached structure. They look amazing.

We installed a total of 90 feet of Nanawall in our new entertainment wing addition. This includes a 31 foot disappearing pocket wall. Overall the quality of their product is very high. We would definitely recommend Nanawall be considered for others interested in similar applications.

My architect recommended NanaWalls during the design phase of our room addition and I can't thank him enough. The doors were shipped meticulously and arrived without damage. The salesman assisted in designing the best possible door height and width combination possible given our budget. The recommended installer (Rowe Construction) was beyond exceptional and thorough in his instillation process, talk about precise! The doors have made our Grand Room even more Grand! The staff provided exception support whenever a question arose. I have nothing to complain about, only praise and I'll do this again and again!

We recently installed multiple sets of the framed and frameless Nana walls. They are absolutely beautiful and seem to work very well but when we open the frameless windows on a windy day they do not stay in place and have even slammed shut! Trust me after all the money spent on these doors the last thing you want to hear is the glass door slamming shut. We have contacted Nana walls but they do not have a solution, so our beautiful frameless Nana walls need to be held open with wooden shims - not very attractive. Has anyone else encountered this problem and how have you resolved it? Thanks for your input.

We have 2-12 foot walls which look fabulous until the sun sets and then the poor quality of the glass jumps out. I have complained to the contractor, the local supplier with no luck - and yes you can see it from over 10 feet which I have been told is the cut off for defining what is acceptable vs unacceptable. The mechanism and operation is superlative but the only part the U.S. Is wholly responsible for is sub par.

I had my Nanawall installed approximately 8 years ago. My wall came out of adjustment recently and I was afraid it was a problem with the header. I contacted Harmen Bollen - my Dallas rep - and not only did he still remember me, but he was able to come out the same day and work on my Nanawall. He was here for over 2 hours and totally re-adjusted my wall. It now works perfectly and more importantly he put my mind at ease. It wasn't the header as I'd thought, and even if it was he said he would be able to fix that without too much trouble or expense! So something that I thought was going to be a HUGE deal, turned out to be a relatively minor fix. And.... he didn't even charge me for his time. I am totally thrilled with my Nanawall and with the company. Thank you for an awesome product, even better customer service and PEACE OF MIND!!!

Thanks for an awesome product. The Nanawall was an awesome addition to help open up the living space from the living room to the outdoor screen room. Function and quality is top notch!

Nice product but they were a bureaucratic pain to order. No one from Nanawall wanted to commit to the dimensions making the doors even later and delaying our entire project. While working with too many people/departments to place the order key features like swing doors got dropped and only caught at the last minute. Then Nanawall forgot to include the handles in the shipment and blamed us for a while (what we we do with a custom set of spare handles??)

Nanawall's product is solid and well engineered. All the parts fit perfectly and operate smoothly. The appearance in for our project is excellent.

want to take the time to let you know what an excellent job Derrick Trent did on our home the Nanawall system has never worked better. We did not experience this with the original installers you recommend. My husband and myself have felt virtually amazed at the high level of performance and knowledge your installer has displayed. Your staff did an excellent job of training this young man . The system that he repaired was not even moving and we never got to use it. The wall feels like we just got it put in now is already having all our guest and family wanting in on this wonderful investment, Thank you Nanawall. This is my second home I've built using Nana Wall....and rate their product exceptional and give the product, and their service 5 stars. My giving them only 4 stars is the installation. Even though Nana Wall does not install, they do train and certify installers and in my case, the installer did an excellent job, however, the price to install was 5th of the cost of the door and for 8 hours of work.....I find this the only weak link in Nana walls system.

I am a glazing contractor on the eastern shore of MD. A valued customer asked for me to furnish and install a NanaWall. First thing I did was contact my local NanaWall rep - Mark at Randall Boardman, LLC. He was very helpful in getting the ball rolling so to speak. He even took time to go have a meeting with the architect to talk about which options were best since the two systems would be directly on the ocean. Everyone involved thru the process was kind, detailed, informative etc etc. The communication from the start was awesome. They do a great job of letting you know what is going on as well as calling with an concerns or question regarding details e.g. muntin bar locations etc. The installation went very well but I am lucky enough to have installers that have lots of experience in the glazing trade. We have installed other brands of bi folding doors in the past but honestly this was only the second time my company has installed NanaWall brand doors and we are very pleased as to the way they install. The systems are really really nice and I will be happy to sell and install NanaWall in the future. All in all my experience with NanaWall was TOP NOTCH. A breath of fresh air in this crazy construction business.

Placing the order was seamless and the doors arrived on time. Months later, once we were ready to install the doors, I realized that the bottom rail had the wrong finish. The company mailed out the right color at no charge to me. Although my contractor was going to install the system at no cost to me, I opted to hire a professional installer to take over the task. I would highly recommend that anyone making this purchase do the same as installing this system requires expertise and experience. Derrick Trent and his team made several visits to the site and helped my contractor determine what preparations and adjustments were necessary such as adjusting the header, leveling the floor and cutting into the concrete to allow for a seamless and flush transition. The doors look amazing and add beauty and elegance to my new home.

Rick Ziegler and his team did an outstanding job of installing our NanaWall in Roswell, GA (purchased from Ben & Jim at H & S Architectural Sales). We could not be happier with our NanaWall. Ben helped us through the sales process, and Rick aided us through the design process by coming to our home and discussing installation requirements with Tom Walsh our general contractor from East Cobb's Best Remodeling. Our carpenters built the opening exactly to spec. and the NanaWall was installed with ease. We have had the Wall in for about 3 months and it works great. We absolutely love it! We recently had a full kitchen remodel and screen porch addition. Installing the 9 feet by 7 feet of glass panels does an absolutely amazing job of letting in extra light, and then when opened -- WOW! The impact is so far superior to the standard set of patio doors.

I have been involved in several properties that have used the NanaWalls. NanaWalls are gorgeous and really open up the space of the room, regardless of how small the room is. The walls are lightweight to slide open and make you feel like part of your room extends into the outside nature.

I have been specifying NanaWall System folding doors for 5 years. I learned after using other cheaper and inferior folding door products that did not perform well that we would use the best designed and fabricated system for our clients. It gets very cold and very hot in Chicago, sometimes in the same day. We get high winds and torrential rains. NanaWall products are designed and fabricated better to so that they close and seal better and it is more comfortable inside adjacent to them. They cost more than other products and they are worth it. When the residential design calls for a Lanai area to be open to the kitchen or a dramatic master shower with three walls that open to the Chicago skyline We design those spaces around NanaWall product specs. When a commercial client wants the front of his Downtown Vodka distillery to open up to their sidewalk cafe we Designed the commercial glazing around the NanaWall. We will continue to rely on the Nanawall Systems and their certified installer to provide the best folding door systems we know of.

Used in a Clubhouse area of a multifamily project in Gilbert, AZ, this white painted finish NanaWall system was just what we needed for opening the indoors to the great outdoors of the Southwest. The install was quick and early in the process, but the installers protected the product with a strong plastic wrap that kept the system in pristine condition for the day we opened the Clubhouse to the public.

When we found our beachfront location in the Bahamas we knew we need something special to take advantage of our amazing Ocean back yard. I remembered seeing a wall system in Los Cabos, Mexico that allow the entire wall to open. When I found out it was NanaWall I contacted them and purchase 7 wall systems that allowed for a 20ft open wall on to the Ocean for the 7 unit development I was building. it turned out to be a great choice. We recently installed Nanawall into one of our projects and couldn't be happier with the door system, the service or the results. The project was focused on merging of indoor/outdoor spaces in order to take maximum advantage of small-space living. We originally designed a wide opening into an existing garage door, but then started a long and intense search for the best door to meet both the design and the strict city energy code. The Nanawall system met every code requirement with flying colors, while most other door systems either couldn't provide test data or fell short of the strict guidelines in Portland. In the end, Nanawall was the only option that fit our needs and came in much cheaper than we imagined when compared to competitors. The day local installers came out to install the nanawall system, the space literally transformed from dark garage space into well lit and open designer loft. The transformation of space when the doors slide open to allow in the beautiful PNW summertime is beyond description.

The engineering behind this product is amazing. Great look combined with very good performance, which makes it suitable not just for sunny California, but also for exterior applications here in Canada. We also received a great support from the knowledgeable sales reps, as well as the engineering department, including CAD details, images, alternative layouts etc.

Very elegant looking glass door with excellent service. No complaints. Only thing that would increase its worth if they offer free service annually rather than charging extra. Also there should be additional better point system for owners who own more than one door.

I had my Nanawalls installed a few years ago. I think the installer did a great job. My only regret is that I was early in the game and did not get my project as customized as I had wanted, due to the professional limitations if the (then) Nanawall salesman.
