The price was very competitive and the turnaround time was a matter of days from contract to installation. Tolga was very patient and showed us their inventory to see all the options and explained the materials and process in detail. Great company to work with and everything went so smoothly, they really know the industry well.

Just had my quartz countertop and backsplash installed by them, and they were incredible. Best price, quick service, and the work is beautiful— they matched the veining across the pieces perfectly. I can’t recommend them more highly!

We had a truly wonderful experience at NEKA. We went to 5 different showrooms in the area, NEKA was the last and by far the best priced and easiest to deal with. We had delays with being ready for the install and Umit would politely check in on us. Once I called him, he had Bill out within the week to measure. Bill was very professional and did a perfect job measuring. I wish I remember the crew’s names that did the installation because they were also clean, courteous, and professional. We had an exposed brick wall and they perfectly formed the stone around the brick. They even made us a cutting board that fits in our sink from the cutout of the sink. Thank you to everyone!! We chose Uba Tuba granite with a leathered finish.

The showroom manager, Umit, and I spoke in March. I sent him very detailed plans and made sure that he knew exactly what we wanted for our June/July install. I asked for a quote - he said not to worry and quoted me over the phone for $9k for my kitchen island and my powder. I came in today and he said, first off, the original price is now going to be $12k+ for my kitchen island. Then he said it would be additional for the powder room. Then digging into it more, he said he made a mistake and forgot to include the backsplash (which I highlighted on the phone and in the plans, twice). Umit is a crook. I understand rising costs, but he low-balled to reel me in and now I have to scramble to find another fabricator. Avoid this place at all costs.

Really happy with our new countertops installed by NEKA. I operate a kitchen and bath remodeling company and work with Berkan and the team at NEKA quite often. They are very detailed and always on top of things. NEKA has a fascinating facility for fabricating slabs. I haven’t seen anything like it in the DC Area. Berkan is knowledgeable and thorough. He asked me questions that I did not think of to help me make an informed decision on the countertops for my business. I did not feel rushed at all. The process was smooth and I was informed of all schedules from measurements to install. I did not notice any seams. A definition of integrity is "doing what you say you are going to do." NEKA Granite Marble Quartz fit that definition.

after a few bad experiences trying to get countertops for our vanities NEKA was recommended to us. What a great experience from start to finish, starting with our rep Berkan who was so easy to work with. We did everything online and he made it so easy. The measuring team was there shortly after my first contact. Specs were sent and approved online and the install was a few days later. Product fit perfectly, the crew did a great job w the one seam and we could not be happier with our overall experience and the price was very competitive.

We decided to use NEKA for our bathroom countertop after having problems scheduling a measurement/install appointment with the place we originally ordered at 1.5 months out. (That place couldn't measure for two weeks, pushing our install out another 1.5 months.) NEKA has a large selection of countertops to choose from, are open on Saturday, and were very flexible with scheduling our measurement/install appointments. We ordered on a Saturday afternoon, had the guy over to measure Tuesday afternoon, and the countertop was installed by the following Friday. The only thing we disliked was that the two install workers can't speak English. This created a communication problem because they had a small gap at the corner of one backsplash and it was also not aligned flush with the front. I contacted the NEKA manager and he had the issue resolved immediately. We absolutely love the finished product and will use them again!
