Nicholas Faustini helped with a 3rd floor renovation on a 100 year old home with zero existing plans. He created very detailed accurate plans for the entire home. He translated my vision into a detailed plan that the city approved the first time around! Best part is once your a customer he prioritizes you and responds timely. He was extremely informative about all of the local compliance rules and regulations and made me aware of what would cost more money (adding a dormer would mean I would need sprinklers etc) He was readily available when we needed his expertise when we found a structural issue during demolition , within 3 days he updated the plans and submitted back to the city. I had confidence in my project as a result of the plans submitted. Highly recommended

Nick was wonderful to work with. He was highly professional, approachable, courteous, and very responsive. Having had no prior experience with home renovations, it was such a relief to work with an architect that was patient and provided answers to all our questions. Nick filed all paperwork with the town on our behalf and diligently followed up with the town officials to ensure a timely delivery of the approvals. Furthermore, he recommended a great contractor, which was extremely helpful, since we were new to the area.

He was very professional and did all the required drawings in the time that we agreed upon. He also was so easy to work with and I had to call him several times to ask him questions. It was not easy to find an architect in Westchester, City of Yonkers (to deal with the DOB) but when we reached out to Nick to have our business blue print drawn we landed on safe hands. He came to our business, gave us a proposal for the project and the rest is history.
