David Helped us design our dream house in the Palm Desert area. We have built many homes and he was the best architect with have worked with. He helped us realize our vision of the home, rather than pushing his own ideas, but he had lots of ideas that enhanced the final product and at the same time was conscience of the budget.

As an architect has the ability to integrate the desires of the owner and his talent for architectural design. The architect has the ability to do a variety of different architectural exteriors.is sensitive to cost and the floor plan of the house to create an efficient home while still being dramatic. I was very pleased with the effort and communication between the office and our-selves. We would not hesitate to recommend David Olson .

Dave has been the architect on two homes I have built for my family. He combines creative design with a practicality that allows the project to be built simply and with in budget. I would not hesitate to have him design our next house should we ever built another one and I have recommended him to several friends.

David designed our custom home in Shady Canyon, Irvine. He was very professional, thoughtful and kind throughout the entire process. As a woman homeowner in charge of designing and building my own home, there are occasions when it is difficult to deal with all the men in the building industry. David was a good listener, patient and accommodating. He never stressed out. He made me feel like we were all on the same team. In retrospect, I had a very good experience with him and I recommend him often to my friends.

David designed our new house which we built on a cliff next to a City Park. It is four stories and took incredible talent designing a house that maximized our ocen view while also meeting the restrictions the city put on us. Many people thought the lot was unbuildable! We have just completed the house and everyone who sees it can't believe how beautiful and spacious for a 3500 sq ft home with 1500 sq ft of deck space. David is an artist as well as an architect. His taste in design and architecture are wonderful. Also, our builder respects his talent and enjoyed working with him! I now know why people have hired him more than once!
