Do not do business with this company, learn from our mistake. They will try to sell you on how professional they are, but they’re anything but that. Inexperienced installer tore up our brand new concrete patio trying to install outdoor shades on our covered patio. Salesperson Brandon failed to communicate instructions correctly, then refused to answer his phone because it was his day off and he was golfing. We paid over $2100 for 2 shades that don’t function properly due to faulty install. Store owner will not stand behind their product, they gave bungees from Amazon with plastic hooks that broke 2nd time using it. Installation was defective, destroying our property and owner refuses to give refund or make it right. Their solution was to get a decorative rock or tie down to outdoor fireplace to put there and attach it to. No thanks, we paid for a quality product to be professionally installed and they did not provide that. Don’t waste your time or money here

After many years of resisting covering my tall, angled windows that provide a lovely view of nature, an increase in sunshine streaming through them finally drove me to call on OSD for help. After I rejected numerous options that Cherie presented to me, she researched the issue until she found a solution that I was willing to try. Everyone at OSD who worked on this project was professional, pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, timely, and neat. The installed window coverings (Duette honeycomb shades) fit the windows perfectly and look great. I couldn't be happier with the service from OSD. Most amazing to me, I really like these window coverings! Thank you, OSD!

Lukas was a 10** he has excellent people skills and very courteous and respectful. He went above and beyond to please me! The 3 times he was here was all excellent! The quality of his work also exceeded expectations always asking if I was pleased! For future installs I will always want Lukas to do the job! Mark the salesperson also did an excellent job!

Start to finish, working with One Stop was a delight. Denise gave great advice for outfitting all the windows in my new home with wood blinds, roller shades, and honeycomb shades. Jeff and Lucas provided quick, friendly, and quality installation within 4 weeks of the initial free in-home consultation. I appreciated the loaner temporary shades and the frequent updates on the status of my order. Highly recommend One Stop to anyone who demands a quality product and service.

Excelent coustomer service all the time! I bought my shutters 10 years ago, they still looking beautiful, since I have small kids some of them been broken, so after 10 years I decided to call them back and ask them to come and repair the ones I have broke, they order them from China because the manufacturer moved, after a month they came and fix all them and my shutters look beautiful again like always! Thank you very much guys for an excelent work, I really appreciate it!

Really enjoy my new duette electric blinds. Attractive and functional. Once you go electric, you are spoiled. The entire process went smoothly and the installation was quick! I’m going to have them do two more rooms!

The bedroom blinds were replaced with shutters by One Stop Decorating.. The installers were top notch (Lucas and Adam).. Bobbi in the front office along with Brandon worked to meet our needs and were very professional and helpful.. I would highly recommend them Linda Kujawa

OSD was great. After my initial contact for draperies they assigned a drapery specialist to work with me in the selection of fabrics, rods, finishes, measurements, etc. This made all the difference in the world for me! I can be very indecisive when it comes to big purchases and long-term commitments -especially with something that goes on your walls and you have to look at daily!- but Rick Lundy was great to work with. He made the process simple, explained options clearly, and kept my style and vision in mind. We did everything in a few hours and I felt great about my choices...even to this day. Now, this is going to sound like I work for OSD but seriously, they have such a fabulous product selection that making choices becomes easy. You know it can't turn out badly when each choice is fabulous on its own, it just can't, it won't. Now I'm REALLY gonna sound like a commercial LOL... If you are tired of walking the aisles of every major store looking for something nobody seems to have; if you are tired of returning things you got just to "see if they worked"; if you don't want to settle but are still empty handed... stop wasting time and go to OSD. Project will be on time, it will be money well spent and your home will look like a million bucks. Oh, the install person, Adam Perry, was also awesome to work with, knew his stuff, cleaned up after himself, and was friendly -no creepy-looking people working in your home! I tell you, great all around experience with OSD which is why I've invested so much time writing this super long review. By the way, house is a new construction so don't judge me by the pictures below. Ok, I'm done now :)

Great job at installing a plantation shutter through One Stop Decorating. Punctual, professional and great to work with. Bob who sold the shutters always does a fantastic job also!!!
