While we take full responsibility for areas where our communication or execution could have been clearer, we would like to respectfully clarify a few points. The lighting in your appliance garage was originally designed for the lower compartment only. When a fabrication oversight led to routing in the upper section as well, our team made the decision to add lighting and an additional sensor at no extra charge — turning a mistake into a functional improvement. We regret any confusion this caused and acknowledge that clearer communication would have made a difference.

We also want to be clear that the behavior you described from the delivery team was completely unacceptable. Once reported, we took immediate action, and those individuals are no longer affiliated with our company. We take professionalism seriously, and this prompted an internal training review to reinforce those standards across our team.

Custom cabinetry projects can be complex, and while we aim for excellence, we know we don’t always get it right the first time. What we can promise is accountability, transparency, and our continued effort to make things right when issues arise. We remain committed to resolving your concerns and appreciate the opportunity to do so.
