Gary and his team helped us update windows and make other repairs to our home. They were so easy to work with and we are so happy with the way things turned out. They were punctual and thorough and made sure the finished product was just what we had envisioned.

Gary and the team did a phenomenal job in our clinic (Flexcare Infusion) The finish work was beautiful, the accurate estimate, the team never lost sight of the details, and they were endlessly patient with us as we worked through design questions throughout the project.

My wife and I selected Gary to be our contractor for an attic conversion after looking at several other contractors. The decision was made in part because I couldn’t find a single negative thing written about him. The fact that I couldn’t find any reviews below 5 stars should be a good indication of what he knows, who he has helping him, and how he treats his clients. Before a building contract could be signed, we took our requirements to Gary so he could design the upstairs space. Both of us were amazed at his vision for our attic, which nicely complimented what we had envisioned, and included ideas that didn’t exist in our consciousness. I was really impressed with his drafting skills that he put to good use after taking detailed measurements of our house so that he would know where each beam, wall, and dormer in the roof needed to be within the footprint of our existing house and roofline. Once construction got started, being the engineer and avid do-it-yourselfer that I am, I was pretty observant with the details of each subcontractor. Most of Gary’s subs were great, from craftsmanship, to customer service, to being reliable. It’s probably just the nature of the beast that there were a few times when a task was done too hastily or incorrectly that caused a bit of stress on my part, but Gary did his best to make it right. Along those lines, some things also got lost in translation when plans are conveyed down the line from me, to Gary, to subcontractor owner, to subcontractor laborer. However, I imagine that can easily happen on any job this size. My final criticism would be that some of the variable cost items were above what was estimated in the contract. That is a risk I took and it is common knowledge that you should have a contingency fund for that sort of thing. However the amount (or percentage) that a few things went over the allocated budget was still a bit of a shock. Despite things not always going as planned, there were plenty of instances where Gary went above and beyond like when he sodded part of my yard where the subs left ruts with their trucks, or when he added a dormer to our roof for almost no cost to correct a flaw in his floor plan. I appreciate that Gary quickly replaced the marble countertop in the bathroom for no cost after a miscommunication between him and the installer led to extra holes drilled. He also tended to use quality products like for the windows and siding despite no contractual requirement. On his regular inspections he would have subs redo anything that didn’t measure up. Finally, Gary was flexible with the work by letting me take on a few of the projects myself. At the end of construction, Gary did a final walkthrough and agreed on all the little details he would address before we made our last payment to him. My family now has a beautiful upstairs, completed in about 3 months, really close to the schedule he promised. Thank you Gary and Ashley. I would definitely recommend them.

During the summer of 2018 we met with multiple contractors to discuss finishing out a couple attic spaces in our home. We wanted someone with experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to complete our project within a 2-3 month time frame, before the birth of our third child. We had all but given up on the project when a simple Google search yielded one more name - Gary Randolph. Having designed and built our house a few years ago, we were no strangers to the construction process, the biggest frustrations being poor communication and delays. From the beginning we were impressed with Gary’s professionalism and level communication but most importantly his commitment to completing the project on time. We were provided with a calendar outlining each step of the process and while there were definitely some changes along the way, those were communicated openly with us and the end date never changed. Not only is Gary a true professional, all of his subcontractors were just as wonderful to work with. Since it was an attic completion project, we still lived in our home (with two small children) during the construction process. Everyone we encountered respected our privacy and we knew exactly what to expect on any given day. We would highly recommend Gary and his team for any project!

Best experience we've ever had with a contractor. Absolutely recommend Gary Randolph. We had a bare-bones upstairs bonus room; Gary and his team replaced it with a fantastic rustic-lodge game room. His attention to detail is fantastic, and we chose him based on his clear ability to "match" his remodel projects to the rest of the home. His workers were prompt, courteous and incredibly professional; I had no concerns allow them into our home. We can now use the space to entertain guests, and we get the same 2 responses whenever someone goes upstairs - "this is amazing!!" and "who built this??". I have used Gary and his team on three different remodeling projects. He and Ashley do a wonderful job from start to finish. During the remodel of one of my upstairs bathrooms, I did have a few issues come up. Gary was quick to respond and address. Ashley was very professional and had exceptional follow-up skills. Gary Randolph, inc took a file folder full of pictures and a long list of “must haves” and designed a beautiful and functional kitchen space. We received a calendar with a projected work plan before demolition day. That plan was followed almost to the day. The project was finished without delay or surprises. Each of the contractors was very respectful of our space and the discomfort that goes with a remodel as extensive as ours was minimized. My husband and I hired Gary as the general contractor on a very challenging addition to our mid-century modern house. Our architect designed a butterfly roof for the addition and most of the people who looked at the design scratched their heads in wonder and had no idea how it could be constructed. Then, we showed it to Gary, who loves modern architecture and design, and he couldn't wait to take on the challenge of constructing something different. During the time it took to construct the addition, Gary and Ashley were always available to answer every question my husband and I had, offer design ideas, meet with the architect, and ensure that contractors were doing a good job. As with any project, there were a few tense moments, but Gary and Ashley were always very honest and fair and kept the project on track. In addition, they were always positive, enthusiastic, and diligent. Working with them was a very positive experience, so much so that my husband and I are thrilled to have Gary and his family as our friends long after the project wrapped.

We hired Gary and Ashley to remodel our kitchen down to studs including the removal of a load bearing wall and relocation of the fridge, cooktop, etc. They were wonderful. Ashley came up with a great plan that made the best use of our space. During construction a temporary wall was installed between the construction zone and the rest of the house to minimize disruption. Whenever an issue arose Gary would personally come down and I always felt that he heard our concerns and addressed them to our satisfaction. The job was finished on time which is really important when it comes to the kitchen. We love the finished product and look forward to using Gary and Ashley again.

We recently engaged Gary to plan, draw, design, and perform a turn-key, high-end remodel of our kitchen, involving the removal of a wall to create an open concept to the living area. In addition, they remodeled our laundry room and master closet. The kitchen/living room remodel was a significant and structural undertaking. There was plumbing and ventilation hidden in the wall, but Gary did a great job of problem-solving along the way. The project took place while we lived in the home by sectioning off the house, which worked quite well due to Gary's planning. Gary is a kind soul and his crew was good to work with. After much procrastination we recently undertook the remodel of the front porch of our historic Spanish Revival home. Working from a 1934 magazine photograph, Gary Randolph was able to create both a functional and attractive entry in keeping with the homes original character and design. The new entry patio is well proportioned, clean, functional and accessible. Gary and Ashley and their team of talented artisans, found the right combination of iron, clay tile and stone resulting in a project that blends and flows with the old. A recent visitor commented on how the recent upgrade really adds to our home. "The patio looks like it always has been a part of this house." During construction, an added bonus was the decision to add an outdoor fireplace and pergola to our back yard. This, "while we are at it project," is first class. I hired Mr Randolph to perform an add on and partial remodel. He was very professional and courteous and did what he said he would do. He stayed within budget, and held his subs accountable for the work they performed. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in residential construction.

We used Gary to complete a 2300 sq. ft. add-on to our existing 4600 sq. ft. home that he originally built. He did an excellent job of making the add-on look seamless - guests in our home today can't believe it wasn't all the original house as it was built to the same quality and specs. He also added on significant outdoor living space in the form of a covered patio complete with fireplace that features an elevated overlook on our backyard. A swimming pool was also installed and required much dirt work prior to the installation. The entire project was completed on time in nine months. The sub-contractors were all highest quality and great to have around the house - we lived in our house during the entire renovation. Gary captured our vision for this wonderful addition and delivered as promised.

Gary took our general concept, expanded it and turned it into a beautiful, functional room. From a little used atrium his crew took down walls, took out doors, added a bookcase creating a good traffic flow and family area. He and his crew were always pleasant and easy to deal with and I felt secure having them in my home when we were not here. He completed the work within a reasonable period of time and for the amount he bid.

I first became aware of homes built by Gary Randolph in Eagles Cove subdivision 10 years ago. His outstanding custom home creations can by seen all over the Greater Oklahoma City area, where he has been building for over 25 years. As I consider converting a huge attic space in the DFW area I found the "Attic Conversion" project photos posted by his company. In my opinion, what I found in the photos there was the best example of such a project that Houzz had to offer. Rather than starting from scratch on our similar project here in DFW, I plan to rely on design services provided by Gary's company and complete the construction with local craftsmen and materials in my area.
