We added a bed and bath to our rambler in 2024 and we are very happy with the results and wholeheartedly recommend Riddle C&D! Both Josh and Chris are top notch in communicating and planning with us, scheduling and coordinating with their contractors. So the project was pretty much on schedule and there were no surprises. As they provide end-to-end design and construction, all we had to do was decide on what we wanted and convey our choices at every stage of the project; We are a working couple, with no prior experience with home renovation/addition, and we are so glad to have chosen them for this project because we just wanted a quality finished product handed over, and thats exactly what they did! In the initial stages they gave multiple plans so we could choose one and then refine it, and along the way they provide recommendations for options, and upgrades etc. There was a set of pre-work and surveying and misc things that Josh scheduled and then they handled the permits and other paperwork, so pretty much all of that was hands-off for us. During construction, Josh gives regular summary of what is happening, and they always gave plenty of heads up so we could plan our schedule. They also give ample heads up time to decide the various material choices so we could decide the finish we want. During all this, Josh and Chris were very helpful in helping us decide on the materials. And all construction crew were very professional, and so far we are very happy with the quality of the construction and finish. We recently had the pleasure of working with Riddle Construction for a complete remodel of our primary suite, kitchen, and several other areas of our home, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. The primary bath was transformed with elegant marble finishes, a stunning walk-in shower, and dual vanities that make the space feel luxurious. They also cleverly redesigned the space to add a custom walk-in closet, which maximized the storage and organization in the room. Additionally, the floors were refinished beautifully, and the entire interior was repainted, giving the house a fresh, modern feel. The attention to detail was exceptional, and the project was completed on time with only minor delays. When we ran into complications, they guided us through ideas and solutions to keep us on track and within budget. The kitchen remodel was equally impressive, with high-end finishes that truly elevate the functionality and aesthetics of the space. The Riddles came up with a fantastic concept for a coffee bar that fits seamlessly into the kitchen, and they added a prep sink that has been incredibly useful for meal prep and entertaining. The finishes, including quartz countertops, picture rails on shelves, and a farmhouse sink with a drip rail added a charming touch to the overall design. We are so pleased with the quality of work and the creative solutions the Riddles brought to the table, making the kitchen both beautiful and highly functional. What really stood out throughout the entire project was the professionalism and teamwork of the Riddles and their subcontractors. Simply wow! We couldn’t be happier with Riddle Construction and Design. The home they built for us is absolutely stunning and every day we wake up grinning ear to ear as we enjoy our morning coffee in our beautiful kitchen. We’ve worked with Josh at Riddle Construction & Design for the past 7-8 years, providing railing systems on his remodeling projects. Communication is always excellent, from sending over plans/sketches and confirming the scope of the job to completing the project. Projects tend to finish right on time or a bit sooner. RC&D kept the process moving along quickly from design, permitting, and construction. We live in a small neighborhood, and one of our concerns was disrupting our neighbors for a length of time. The Riddles took extra effort to look after our neighbors with understanding and respect. With all of that said, what really matters is the end result of all their hard work. It can be summed up in one word: AMAZING. They transformed a choppy '80s rambler into a flowing masterpiece. The addition only added roughly 200 sqft, but thanks to RC&D's thoughtful design and modern floorplan, the space is better utilized making the whole house feel much bigger. The quality of the build is exceptional, with an attention to detail that shows RC&D's commitment to their craft. I can say without hesitation, Riddle Construction & Design built my family our dream home. It was a wonderful experience working with this group and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We recently completed a home remodeling project with Riddle Construction and Design and the results are absolutely fantastic! Not only was their work phenomenal, they also maintained excellent communication throughout the project. We always knew exactly what was going on and how things were progressing. Chris was incredibly helpful throughout the process of design and product selection. We learned so much and her depth of knowledge made sure we had all the right touches for a beautiful and functional result.
