Ron's Fireside Shop

If I could give more than 5 stars for Ron's Fireside Shop I would. We just completed a major project where we replaced the fireboxes of our inside (living room) and outside (covered porch) fireplaces. From start to finish, Ron and Mary were knowledgeable and professional, and were a pleasure to do business with. The showroom in Castle Haynes is top notch and we were able to view and select our new fireboxes, mantels and stone for the living room fireplace wall. Matt and Jeremy, who installed the fireboxes, had extensive knowledge of the product and manufacturers installation requirements, and were able to easily navigate through several difficult issues specific to our project. The peace of mind that came with knowing that our project was being done be fireplace experts who are committed to the highest level of fireplace safety, was invaluable. We highly recommend Ron's Fireside Shop and will be using them for cleaning and maintenance for as long as we live in the area.

Three years ago, Ron's Fireside help us design a fireplace that could also heat our home in winter. We had a FPX Apex high efficiency wood fireplace installed. It has served us well. The feature that sold us was the ignition button - no more kindling, I appreciate how all I have to do is load the fireplace with wood and not strike a match to start it. The built in blower keeps the house a toasty 75 degrees and we still enjoy looking at flaming logs. Their service agreement is invaluable.... All their employees are courteous and accommodating.
