Roy Pertchik, Home Design

Roy was professional and realistic, and was willing to work within our budget and constraints. Although we're aware that we can handle all aspects of the design and have seen his work first-hand, we asked Roy to work in a consulting capacity to oversee our designers. He provided solid advice and kept the existing designers on track. It was a pleasure to work with someone who understood that we were the customer and worked to make us happy.

My wife and I met Roy 4 years ago. We watched as he designed and supervised the building of our friends' home in Palo Alto, CA. We saw how much he was on the site making sure that the contractor and workers understood and followed the design. He really goes the extra mile. Now he is helping us build our home along with a retreat center in Guatemala. We are extremely happy with his design. It is as if he could read our minds. His 30+ years of experience really shows. We highly recommend his services. His work is first class and truly professional.

It's really refreshing to work with someone who just understands how words can be put on a piece of paper while maintaining the rules of how to build ( given we are building on a golf estate).
