My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi dkjw, The desk is an antique, in mahogany with a French Polished finish. The wall paneling and woodwork are custom built to my careful design and detailing, in White Oak with a Cerused finish. Air for HVAC comes up from the basement through a duct concealed in the column on the right. then over the top, where the air emerges from a thin slot concealed above the lower cornice ;^)
