Rob and his team reconstructed our garage and deck this year. When they tore down our deck and garage roof, he group found all kinds of crazy things from termites to water damage and sketchy construction. They tackled the job with a professional attitude. He came to us and we worked through a new plan and attack and his crew went back to work. Rob and Cindy were with us throughout the project. He built a sturdy garage and a beautiful two story deck, but my favorite part of the job was a beautiful 8 foot French Pella slider installed with casing so it is a showcase in our house. The carpenter went around our house and designed casing to match our 1926 home and when it was finished, it looked like it was original to the house and brings in the beautiful outdoor deck. What can I say about RTW CONTRACTING INC? Nothing that can't be summed up in one word: SUBERB! However, since one word can't cover many specifics let me expand my review. I have had the extreme fortune and pleasure to have linked up with Rob Walters and his company for several projects. The work that has been performed is truly exquisite down to the smallest details. Whether it has been an inside and out sun room remodel, an outside and in complete garage remodel, installation of in wall stereo speakers, room painting, or an incredible flat screen television install that are among the projects he has completed for us each one has been done with the utmost professionalism and with the utmost in superior workmanship. He and his workers listen and work with myself and my wife and make sure that any and all details of the job have been completed to our utmost satisfaction. We have an older home and many times those details require painstaking exactness for the final product to reach that point of perfection. I have and will continue to highly recommend RTW to any home or business owner who is looking to complete a renovation, upgrade, installation, or a simple fix it project. I also look forward to my next project with RTW! Oh, and I would be remiss not to mention his incredible partner and wife, Bridgett who makes dealing with all the scheduling and paperwork proceed in seamless fashion. RTW is a great company. The whole group is friendly and professional. Not only do they do excellent work, but they are also vary knowledgeable when is comes to planning. During my kitchen remodel, they made suggestions I hadn't thought of and I'm so glad that I followed their advise. My kitchen turned out amazing and I still love it!! RTW completely remodeled our kitchen, back stairway and demolished an old garage and installed a carport/garage and fence. The entire team that worked with us were polite and very thorough. Rob coordinated everything and communicated every detail of the project and remained available at all times for any questions or concerns. Highly recommend RTW for any work inside or outside your home.

We heard about RTW Contracting from a friend when we were doing some work on a house that we have since sold. The work was of the very highest quality, easily passed inspection, and ultimately was the key factor in selling our house (in only 3 months) in the summer of 2010 when the housing market was at the very lowest point for sellers. Since then we have used RTW for two more projects in our present home in Webster Groves and have continued to be impressed by their professionalism, quality work, and cooperative spirit. They give us fantastic advice about design, materials, and every detail of a project. The last project they did for us was remodeling our kitchen and it is not only beautiful, but very functional. And even our dog loves them and she generally is very shy around strangers in the house.

RTW is an excellent company I would highly recommend. They are professional, very detail orientated and do excellent work. Change Orders, no problem. Rob also has great taste and was helpful in designing too. I finished my lower level and added a large room addition plus a deck. I have hired him for all these jobs and I am really happy with all his work!

This is the second kitchen Rob Walters has helped me with......for several reasons. Rob is great to collaborate with on the practical aspects of design; he approaches a project with an open mind tempered with a dose of real-world experience. Secondly, Rob has great attention to detail to ensure the workmanship meets his high standards. For a home owner unfamiliar with construction and materials, Rob's approach is reassuring and thorough. With this kitchen, the design/décor was mine, cobbled together with concepts, magazine articles, examples on Houzz.com and sample materials. Rob listened, helped explore options and then ran with it. I would say that many of Rob's previous jobs are, in my opinion, more traditional décor/themes.....which shows up sometimes in our design sessions. But we had such good give-and-take, we came up with an ideal kitchen layout in a very, very small house.
