Eugene Richards and his design/build crew are impressive artisans. The quality of their work is exceptional and their attention to detail, is second-to- none. They completely renovated our new property at 430 Shelburne Road and created a beautiful and functional space for Spruce Mortgage, along with two stunning executive-style apartments. Eugene has vision, integrity, and a precision that is reminiscent of the craftsman that worked long before his time.

Three Four Builders took on a complete renovation of my master bedroom and bath. I've worked with contractors in the past and have had such a stressful and inefficient experience. Three Four Builders came in and took over the entire project management which was amazing as it relieved an incredible amount of stress for my wife and I who had just had a baby. They were professional and meticulous with the quality of their work. My wife and I chose at times to switch certain design plans and Three Four Builders were very flexible and made sure that what we wanted was exactly what they were going to deliver. I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market to build or renovate. I would also like to mention that they've taken on other projects at my home and will be doing more work in the future for my wife and I as they've been that enjoyable to work with.
