After his walk-through he noted a number of items which could affect the potential value during the sales process and recommended some minor repairs and patching before painting. Well I cannot tell you how beautiful the final results were after his work, as the home looked brand new, and had a much more aesthetic appeal for potential buyers as well as ourselves who though we liked it before the work. Bravo Fred, you hit this one out of the park, and for a very reasonable price. I don't think you can get any better work from anyone no matter what the cost.
