Tracey Rapisardi just finished our house this Fall. We are overly pleased to say the least. We can not say enough wonderful things about her, with all of her talents and eye for architectural details and style. We honestly don't know how she does it. She makes it all come alive and real. She works hard and listens to everything you want and gives you her professional advice on if things will or will not work, and always has a solution or an idea on how to do it and worked with our builder from start to finish. Due to her drawings and planing, you always know how the layout will be and all the details, which I can not say enough about. It takes all the mystery out, and is so helpful. She always kept in mind our budget and saved us a lot of time in money in the long run. Tracey made our house unique to us. Designing the kitchen so it does not look like everyone else's and is functional beyond belief. She always has amazing ideas and did custom furniture, bedding, architectural detail, our fireplace, etc. She has an artistic eye like we have never seen. Anyone who is lucky enough to hire her will have the most wonderful time and will be thrilled with the end result. She really is the best and we look forward to working with her again on our next project in the summer.

Where to even start with Tracey and her EPIC DESIGN IDEA’S. Not only is she professional, but extremely personable and sooo warm. She lights the room up with her personality and makes the experience, from start to finish, fun and unforgettable. She designed custom pieces to fit in my cottage. Tracey has completed 2 of our residential renovations and soon will be starting on our third. My husband and I are very busy with work, kids, and life so we hired Tracey to oversee every aspect of the renovations. We trust her to make construction, design, layout, etc. decisions on behalf of my husband and I. During our first two projects with her, she did FaceTime walk through on site, so we could see the progress live and 'almost' in person!! We highly recommend Tracey and her firm - FIVE STARS

Brilliant eye for color and design. However, poor communication skills and gets frustrated when you don't like her ideas or because they were over budget. My job was not local so logistically this made it difficult. I paid a flat fee up front and my job was not completed. Her excuse was the contract time frame for the job was expired. That is true but only because she would not return calls or emails for several weeks at a time.

Tracey's decision making is so fast and to the point. She knows exactly what to do, which saves so much time and money. She was resourceful with using some of our existing furnishings (painting, changing hardware, etc) and was always mindful of our budget. She truly listened to what we were looking for, which was refreshing having opposite experiences with past designers. Beyond highly recommend.

My wife and I can not say enough about Tracey and all of her talents. We are so pleased and happy with our final outcome. We went back and forth on the decision to hire an Interior Designer. Once we, mostly my wife, started the process it was so overwhelming! There are so many different aspects to it - more than just looking at a magazine and trying to capture the look or feel - so we turned to Tracey Rapisardi Design. Tracey worked hands on with our contractor making sure every single detail was executed. We just recently hired Tracey for a second project. We are renovating our new condo on the beach and are so excited to work with Tracey Rapisardi Design again.
