Was a frame built first ? I am planning on using metal framing. Thanks for all the info on the project I can only hope it turns out as fantastic as ya'lls

This fountain was constructed out of CMU block and the basin was gunnite just like a pool. I wouldn't recommend metal framing however it's not to say you can't do it. Good Luck and let me know if you have additional questions.
