Lot's of ways to skin this cat. I would suggest moving the fridge and ovens to the bathroom wall.. Whatever cabinet are left on the bathroom wall should be full height as a pantry. Keep the sink centered in the forward counter. Center the stove and hood on the sink in the rear counter. This should present a nice open kitchen and some elegant symetry in the kitchen to the family room. Covering the toilet is a personal choice, for resale i certainly would. {dripping in sarcasam}
