Need a floor plan

I am trying to figure out how to make the best use of the living room space. I would like to turn it into three living spaces: the TV/lounging area, dining area, and workspace. My boyfriend has a large architect's desk and prefers that it not be up against a wall (he likes to stick his legs out underneath!). I am considering turning what is marked as "dining area" into an office area, but I have no clue how this would look. Any suggestions? Please feel free to suggest floor plans--I can use all the help I can get!
