Bedroom Arrangement

I recently moved my chest of drawers into my closet. I had it against the wall to the left of my bed opposite the window, but it felt cramped there, and I wanted a clear path to the closet. Now that it is gone, I feel like the wall is lacking something, because of the window on the opposite wall. Obviously I am not finished with the space. I am hanging blush pink curtains from floor to ceiling on both windows, staining the dresser a dark brown this weekend, and removing the attached mirror to hang a larger one on the wall in its place. I also want to hang small matching mirrors or paintings on either side of the bed. I'm staining the night stand as well, though I plan to move that to a different space, and just purchase matching night stands to either stain or paint.

I rearranged the room after I moved the chest of drawers. I put the bed against the other window, and the large dresser against the bare wall. I really liked the symmetry that arrangement offered, but I feared "room splicing," so I moved it back. I will post pictures of both arrangements. You guys tell me what you think, and if you like the original arrangement better, please give me ideas for the bare wall.
