My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    As long as the sealer is able to properly penetrate into the concrete it will not be affected by UV rays and will easily withstand CA weather. What would inhibit the sealer from penetrating? Oil, grease, efflorescence, previous coatings applied, release agents, and recent cure-and-seal used during the pour.

    When properly applied, DryWay® will not change the appearance or profile of the surface (unless of course it were not able to penetrate inside the concrete. Spot test first). Alternatively, if your looking for a long-lasting, low-gloss sealer, use LastiSeal® Brick & Masonry Sealer (Satin version).

    how much sealer is in this container and how many SF of concrete surface it will seal? How many coat required to do finish?
