Shingles are blowing off our mansard roof. Roofers that we hire from year to year tell us this will continue because the shingles were nailed in improperly.

The flashing around the dormers is nothing to write home about either. Question: Even though we are not seeing leaks, should we replace this roof anyway to avoid costly damage in the future.

We found some beautiful tiles from Carriage House that are much more in line with the aesthetic, BTW and would love a good reason to use them.

We plan on being here at least another ten years.
