Good morning Shannan, This patio was built using Unilock Brussels Blocks Dimensional wall stone infilled with Unilock Brussels Block pavers. I would recommend using a wall stone for your retain and then finding a paving stone to match for your laying pattern within. A geotextile filter fabric should be used behind the wall before infilling with a granular base. Hope this helps and good luck with your project!
