My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    There are several places that sell this kind of tile. Look for hand painted cement Mexican tile.
    For example:

    If you buy this kind of tile, just be aware that it is thicker than the usual tile and make sure your installer knows how to work with it. Also put several coats of sealant/protection on it after installed. There is a marble sealer that is not shinny that is very good.
