Is the vanity custom or available for purchase online?

I have a small bath and this doesn't look particularly deep.I also like that the vaniity doesn't go straight down to the floor...visually creating more space.Was this custom or readily available for purchase?

This too was a tight space, where we carved a bathroom out of a space beneath the staircase and a took a closet away...this cabinet was made by our custom cabinet maker.
